    <description>&lt;P&gt;I have noticed the same and am also on the east coast. Doesnt matter the specific item-it happens with everything. Items sit in "preparing" status for days. Ive wanted to cancle items it takes so long but of course can't once iots being "prepared".This did not used to be the case with QVC. Maybe its an east coast thing&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I receive my orders in a timely manner. I usually get my orders within four to five days or so. I also live in the Northeastern area, so I'm sure that makes a big difference.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://community.qvc.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/16908"&gt;@rvmom&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;For me, I know that my QVC orders take a few days longer than Amazon's, for example, but therre's no comparison of the 2 companies.&amp;nbsp; QVC is a products only company.&amp;nbsp; Amazon is really a tech company according to the financial analysts -- and Amazon is more than ten times bigger than QVC.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;When I place an order, before I accept it, I know ther final cost and the estimated delivery date.&amp;nbsp; If I don't like either, I don't order.&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;I am on the East Coast, but whether I've been north or south in the last 5 or more years, only one order out of all my orders arrived late -&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;one day late!&amp;nbsp; The whole middle of the US was snowed in when that happened.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="3"&gt;Some things from QVC take longer if they're coming from a vendor, which may be the case with Bose.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="3"&gt;&amp;nbsp;I haven't had any QVC issues, but my orders from Anthropologie, Talbots and J Jill have been taking at least 10 days to get to me and without free shipping. &amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="3"&gt;I also purchased two things during Amazon Prime days and they're not here yet even though I've ordered and received several other items from them already. &amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="3"&gt;Events like QVC free shipping weekend and Amazon Prime days usually add time to the order time due to the volume of orders placed.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;What's irritating is continually hearing "You will receive this item by This date" - how can QVC see into the future!? I've been hearing this for several years... yet know that planes go down, motor vehicles break down, weather disasters strike... and the like.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Here's what's bad about the system: breaking down a QVC order consisting of 3 items, then trying to figure out which&amp;nbsp;&lt;EM&gt;one&lt;/EM&gt; item is on the way with an order number that the consumer was not given!&amp;nbsp; I understand an order of 3 items may come from 3 different vendors; if that's the case QVC should Immediately break the One order into three / Two additional orders with their respective numbers And tell the consumer. It was tremendously aggravating placing an order for 3 items under one order number, receceiving an email that an order number that I'd never known of attached to the product; But having to go back &amp;amp; forth in my QVC account trying to figure out 1) which item was shipped &amp;amp; when it was shippped; 2) juggle this with a local move from one side of town to the other; then 3) get 2 emails: first for one item as that it has shipped... 2 more emails for the same item that it will delivered soon... 2 More Emails that the item will be delivered on a particular day!&amp;nbsp; And that' for two of the three items I ordered; Then 4)... No More Emails at all about the 3rd/last item!&amp;nbsp; So this is a combination of ordering, shipping and email/communication issues that abound.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;It's consistently hit &amp;amp; miss with QVC &amp;amp; shipping, I would excuse that if shipping was always free. Of course, they can learn a lot from Amazon &amp;amp; other retailers. As long as customers tolerate the slow shipping, etc by not shopping elsewhere, I doubt it will change.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;It's been my experience within the last year that tsv items ship &amp;amp; are delivered in a very timely manner.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

I've had Amazon Prime orders switch delivery dates to days later the moment I purchase.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="4"&gt;I don't know why some customer's orders are delayed.
