    <description>FedEx also sometimes transfers to USPS with similar delays.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Actually, I don’t think the problem is with UPS or FedEx. I think the problem is the well-known changes happening within USPS. There is talk about closing more sorting locations causing mail to get routed long distances just to go to the town next door.</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="4"&gt;UPS My Choice is horrible! I am filled with fear and dread when I see that QVC has shipped one of my packages using "UPS My Choice". Does anyone know why the packages are transferred between UPS and USPS? By design? During the transfer, the package sits for days on end. Under tracking, the delivery date is changed daily with an explanation of "Delivery Exception". I have a current package that has been stuck in NC for days (I ordered this package from QVC ten days ago), and I live in Virginia. I have also had a package that was lost recently using "UPS My Choice". I have never signed up for this terrible method of shipping. Anyone else have problems?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Never had a problem. I'm in Arizona and most of my packages from QVC seem to come from California and I get them in about 3 days even if they do transfer to USPS.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="3"&gt;&lt;a href="https://community.qvc.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/136617"&gt;@Jeanne from VA&lt;/a&gt;,&amp;nbsp; "UPS My Choice" is not a shipping method/option.&amp;nbsp; My Choice is a separate program from the actual shipping.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="3"&gt;I am finding that more and more entities are using UPS as the original carrier then transferred to USPS for actual delivery.&amp;nbsp; The majority of my recent Amazon shipments have been handled that way, UPS to USPS.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="3"&gt;It appears that this latest method is nothing more than a replacement for "surepost" shipping.&amp;nbsp; It does make one of the My Choice benefits moot as I have not found a way to prevent the transfer to USPS.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="6"&gt;Most of my packages from all online merchants come using the the UPS/USPS option qvc has chosen because it's the cheapest.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="6"&gt;I sometimes have a delay of a day or two while Newgistics, the company that does transfers, diddles around but most of my packages are delivered promptly.&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;It's Newgistivs that causes delays and posts those tracking messages, not UPS&amp;nbsp; or USPS.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

I have no idea what purchase is ring sent! Can they not put a picture in?&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="5"&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;A... well... I certainly cannot tracks pkg from them because the tracking numbers never make sense!&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="5"&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;So...and this goes for every order...I need a picture of what I bought! How do I know and remember what the order # is?       <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="3"&gt;&lt;a href="https://community.qvc.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/32447"&gt;@LTT1&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp; Yes for sure shipping can be confusing.&amp;nbsp; What you can usually do for most sites that you have to "sign in" for like Amazon, Macys, QVC, HSN etc...you can just sign into your account and click on the order you are trying to track, and there should be an option to "track my order"&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;You click on that and it will give you your order tracking.&amp;nbsp; It makes it far easier than trying to remember order numbers/tracking numbers.&amp;nbsp; Pictures of what you ordered will be on the order you click on.&amp;nbsp; If you have signed up for the shopping site you can view all your orders and then track them from your account.&amp;nbsp; I hope this helps.&amp;nbsp; I know it made my life a lot easier.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

The "My Choice", even when shipped from the North, go to Butner, NC, instead of directly to Virginia. I assume that Butner, NC is a major distribution hub. That is when my packages sit for days and days. Thankfully, I don't get a lot of packages processed using this method.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="5"&gt;Nothing about UPS is good to me. &amp;nbsp;Besides that now most packages are listed with something other than the retailer's name. &amp;nbsp;So you have to chase down the shipping number to find out what is coming when.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="5"&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Plus UPS says they deliver stuff when they don't, and are delighted to deliver damaged and dripping packages in between other packages as well. &amp;nbsp;Unaccountable Parcel System--that's what it stands for&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

Small blessings.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;img id="smileyhappy" class="emoticon emoticon-smileyhappy" src="https://community.qvc.com/i/smilies/16x16_smiley-happy.png" alt="Smiley Happy" title="Smiley Happy" /&gt; Let's face it, shipping is not a guaranteed smooth thing.&amp;nbsp; Should be, but it sometimes is not.&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;And unfortunately once it leaves the suppliers warehouse and they hand it off to a delivery service there isn't much they can do it's now on the delivery service.&amp;nbsp; Many people want to blame the supplier but, once it's out their door, it's hard for them to track it as well.&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;They should track it, and should be able to assist you but sadly sometimes they don't.&amp;nbsp; Yup shipping can be a hot mess sometimes.&amp;nbsp; More reasons to appreciate the stuff that does come on time and it's the correct stuff&amp;nbsp;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT face="comic sans ms,sans-serif" size="4"&gt;I do mostly the same as &lt;a href="https://community.qvc.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/158550"&gt;@eadu4&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp; &amp;amp; &lt;a href="https://community.qvc.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/136617"&gt;@Jeanne from VA&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT face="comic sans ms,sans-serif" size="4"&gt;&lt;FONT color="#0000FF"&gt;1.&lt;/FONT&gt; I click on the order OR on the email with the order.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT face="comic sans ms,sans-serif" size="4"&gt;&lt;FONT color="#0000FF"&gt;2.&lt;/FONT&gt; I "copy" the UPS tracking number and "paste" it into the UPS TRACKING site.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT face="comic sans ms,sans-serif" size="4" color="#FF00FF"&gt;*After it's "shipped" it may take 1-2 days to actually leave the warehouse &amp;amp; show up in UPS Tracking info&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT face="comic sans ms,sans-serif" size="4"&gt;&lt;FONT color="#0000FF"&gt;3.&lt;/FONT&gt; If I think it's going to get transferred to USPS, I click on &lt;U&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Details&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/U&gt; on the UPS TRACKING site. *This is where I find the &lt;STRONG&gt;USPS&lt;/STRONG&gt; Tracking number. &lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT face="comic sans ms,sans-serif" size="4"&gt;&lt;FONT color="#0000FF"&gt;4.&lt;/FONT&gt; I use the USPS tracking number that I got from the UPS Tracking - Details tab - and enter it into the USPS TRACKING site. I then get info from USPS&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT face="comic sans ms,sans-serif" size="4" color="#FF00FF"&gt;*To get USPS tracking info, the package has to be handed off by UPS to USPS.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT face="comic sans ms,sans-serif" size="4"&gt;&lt;FONT color="#0000FF"&gt;5.&lt;/FONT&gt; &lt;FONT color="#FF00FF"&gt;Following those steps, I get tracking info from UPS &amp;amp; USPS.&lt;/FONT&gt; Sometimes I get an "Exception" from UPS, &amp;amp; most of the time it tells me that UPS will deliver the package(s) and not USPS. - this normally happens if the package is too large or if there is more than 1 package.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>FedEx also sometimes transfers to USPS with similar delays.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Actually, I don’t think the problem is with UPS or FedEx. I think the problem is the well-known changes happening within USPS. There is talk about closing more sorting locations causing mail to get routed long distances just to go to the town next door.</description>
