Confirmation Email

Ordered from HSN and did not receive a confirmation email, has anyone else experienced this?

I chatted with their CS and was told she would send it and I should receive the confirmation in 2 hours (that was yesterday) and still nothing.

Are they no longer sending these out anymore?

I get them. Check your "order status." Do they have your correct email address? Did you check your "spam" folder?

@Donna2019 I still get email confirmation from HSN. If I ever question if an order is received and I've no confirmation ~ I hit up my bank account and I for sure know it's in the works. Good luck.

I seldom order from HSN but have received an email confirmation each time.

However, it happens quite often w/ QVC. I get the confirmation statement after placing the order.

But NO email and it isn't in my Order Status.

1-2 days later, it shows.
