I have several items in my wish list. One is a Halloween throw with black cats. I bought this throw last month for my daughter and the price was $21.98 with S&H of $5.50. today the throw is priced at $23.98 and no S&H. So It is still $3.50 less than last month. It is not always a rip off. So I ordered one for myself.
