An exhilarating bold symphonic experience that tingles your senses...sounds like I'm climbing Mt Kilimanjaro! This writing is distinctively overblown and would be recognized as an AI event. I don't believe students would be able to sneak this past a teacher as their writing assignment.

Another way to tell is spelling. If all is spelled correctly then its AI. Has anyone read posts and responses on FB or item ratings on Amazon? Frightening.

This line is a dead give away. No human would say this.

The whole thing is over the top and obvious, however, a writer might incorporate some parts of the piece into their own writing.

AI has successfully duped authors by lifting their blogs, however, and so only a very practiced eye can tell the difference. (I'm a writer--AI can be a sore spot). One author, Jane Friedman, is suing Amazon and a host of others for offering a book for sale that's been "sponged" off of her other work.

Bestselling author John Scalzi periodically asks AI to write a small bit of text to see how close it comes to his work. Often, it's quite close.

The shame of it is, there's a LOT of AI-generated material on places like Amazon and no one is watching the henhouse, so to speak.

@kindred cats @Moments...yes, however, humans don't describe potato chips as exhilarating.
