    <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="3"&gt;What you described I don't feel is complicated at all.&amp;nbsp; IMO the lack of a printer is really a lazy excuse as they can be purchased very cheaply and there are locations such as library one can ship.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="3"&gt;What I feel is complicated is when I need to call a company to get a return authorization.&amp;nbsp; Anything I can process online is a breeze.&amp;nbsp; Getting a return label and invoice in a package is a rarity.&amp;nbsp; QVC is the only place I order that may include one.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT face="comic sans ms,sans-serif" size="3"&gt;I ordered a couple of items from Lands End. There was no invoice enclosed for a return. I had to go to the site and request a return, down load the forms. The return location was a "Happy Returns" location. For me it was ok since Ulta was near. &lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT face="comic sans ms,sans-serif" size="3"&gt;If you don't have a home printer or a return location nearby then the process would be frustrating for sure. I guess this is all just a part of on line shopping. &lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT face="comic sans ms,sans-serif" size="3"&gt;But this started me thinking about other companies you have shopped that complex return steps.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

I put any returns in my mailbox in the bag it comes in.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT color="#800000"&gt;They also have an option for getting a QR code (like QVC does now) instead of printing if you're dropping off.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="4"&gt;I'm fortunate that I have a Land's End b&amp;amp;m near me. &amp;nbsp;But unfortunately they have very limited stock in the store so I place orders online.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="4"&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;I can't remember the last time I received an invoice with my order. I think for a return I needed to log in and pull up my order, or show the clerk the confirmation email.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

They included an invoice AND a return shipping label.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="3"&gt;As soon as they saw confirmation it was on it's way back, BAM, I got an email saying they had already issued a refund.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="3"&gt;That was the fastest and Q is the slowest.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
