    <description>&lt;P&gt;Anyone who had shopped with QVC in recent years or reads this knows there is only short window to cancel a purchase.&amp;nbsp; They announced Super Saturday a week in advance, that always means free s&amp;amp;h.&amp;nbsp; If you missed it and your pur carriers.&amp;nbsp; Oh well.&amp;nbsp; You missed the free shipping.&amp;nbsp; Do you think you are the only one in your situation?&amp;nbsp; Why would QVC make price adjustments just because we missed out on free shipping day?&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I ordered 3 of the pie takers 2 days before the free shipping, and I notified qvc's customer service asking if I could get these items on free shipping.&amp;nbsp; The representative said no I could not, and I couldn't cancel my order either, because she said it was allready in process, although it hasn't even shipped as of yet.&amp;nbsp; Customer service said the order has to be cancelled 3 hours prior to ordering.&amp;nbsp; Who would know?&amp;nbsp; It just does not seem right the way the customers are treated.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Its always been the case, you can only cancel soon after placing the order and the free shipping is for the free shipping day only.&amp;nbsp; Can you imagine the nightmare they would have if they let everyone get free shipping for prior purchases.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

I put items in my Wish List and started shopping yesterday.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="4"&gt;I can't imagine feeling so special that I would expect to be given free shipping for items purchased several days ago, but we're all different.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://community.qvc.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/59448"&gt;@little missy&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;I took your post as venting more than anythiing else - maybe not realizing before that the Q won't honor the free shipping on previous purchases.&amp;nbsp; I do always keep an ear out for the "something big is coming announcements" and if the item I want is on sale and I think it could sell out, I typically will just go ahead and buy it because the price could be higher or it may sell out before a free shipping day (this is the case with some LNL Tritan I recently bought - the sale price with shipping was a better deal than with free shipping).&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have definitely had the free shipping date pop up after purchases, so I understand your frustration - I just think it's too difficult for QVC to manage too many refunds plus it's too big a hit to their bottom line.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Keep in mind too - free shipping days seem to be much more frequent coming into the holiday shopping period - so keep that wish list locked and loaded!&amp;nbsp; :-)&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I hope you enjoy your purchase when you do finally receive it!&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

You never know if a CS rep would have done it just this one time. I bought something a day before Free Shipping and I asked and I got it. I've always heard that one day before isn't a problem.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="5"&gt;I know her's was 2 days before but what was wrong with her asking?
