Escaped Murderer has moved beyond police perimeter!

I CAN"T BELIEVE THIS! This morning on local Philly news they reported that he is now 25 miles north of Longwood Gardens in Phoenixville PA. He was videoed on someone's ring camera. He apparently stole a white van and has shaved his facial hair. WTF. How on earth did manage to steal and van and drive past the perimeter around Longwood Gardens!

The girlfriend that he murdered lived near Phoenixville and some of her family still lives there. They have had 24 hour police protection but if I were them I would be scared to death that he is not after them and will somehow get to them.

I'm sure they have moved the victim's family safely away. He's cunning, crafty and he has survival skills. I thought he slipped through that perimeter. He'll make a mistake eventually and they will catch him.

Geez, this guy should be hired by the CIA or some similiar organization. He's got some better than average survival skills and could teach a course or 2 if he wasn't a murderer.

No stopping him now if he has a vehicle.

He's a scary monster. Maybe when they finally catch him he'll get into a shootout and won't survive. I doubt he wants to go back to prison.

@roeroe1005 Did he steal a vehicle? The poor residents of that area must be terrified. Maybe he'll be easier to catch if the have the make model and license. They can set up road blocks. It's going to get ugly when they do catch him.

Very scary! Sounds like he's not too far from KOP mall now. Fingers crossed that they capture him soon!

I would hate to hear that he's moved into my area which isn't too far off....

@Teddixat Yes he stole a white van from a dairy just outside the prison. They do have the make and model as well as the registration number. It also has a refrigeration unit on its roof.

Here's my 2 cents on it. I think they know where he is and are actually following him, but presenting it like they have no idea where he is in case he's catching media reports. Out of all the ring cameras in that area, he's conveniently captured and presented on that particular camera. Are local folks just handing out information to police when they check their camera footage? Maybe but I got a thinking suspicion they are waiting for the exact moment to "bag him" to make sure he's captured. Sometimes you gotta feed the squirrel to get him to come to you.

It impressed me that he found somewhere that allows him to get fresh clothes, shave, shower. He could sit down at any coffee shop and blend right in.

Here’s the Baily’s Dairy Ford van that prison escapee/convicted murderer Danelo Calvacante stole and drove out of the PA State Police and FBI perimeter around Longwood Gardens somehow.

It’s got a refrigeration unit on top & dented back bumper/fender.
