Mueller Settlement Amazon Email....LEGIT AFTER ALL.

I got this email and it really looks like its from amazon with link to Mueller Settlement dot com....I didnt click it but googled this with amazon in search and stuff came up its a scam...That amazon was not included in this...So beware if you get it.

Aterian agreed to pay $800,000 to resolve claims that Mueller kitchen products are falsely advertised as made in Austria, and no proof of purchase is required for consumers to benefit from the settlement.

The settlement benefits consumers who purchased various Mueller kitchen products between Dec. 9, 2018, and Aug. 23, 2023. A full list of covered products can be found on the settlement website.

Plaintiffs claim Aterian used an image of the Austrian flag and the name “Austria” to mislead consumers into believing Mueller kitchen products were made in Austria. The class action lawsuit contends the plaintiffs and other consumers paid more for Mueller products based on these representations.

Just got off the phone with Amazon and they checked and did say THEY did send this email but disregard it because i should not have got it...Whatever that means..lol..So it IS legit after all.
