QVC Shipping rate not showing

Is it just me or has anyone else noticed QVC is not showing what the shipping rate is on the product page.

Usually it says it, haven't seen it now for a few days - wonder why they are not showing it anymore, there is no free shipping going on right now either.

@Donna2019. @Renata22. Are you using Safari? Periodically Safari users are unable to see content on qvc.com (and other websites). Try using a different browser.

Just to weigh in: I am using Safari, and I CAN see the shipping rate. Sorry you are having a problem.

I use CHROME and the shipping rate has not been showing for a few weeks now. The only way to see the shipping charge is to put the item in your cart.

I use Safari also and the shipping seems to come and go the last few weeks.

I'm not about to jump through hoops to use this site. If it doesn't work properly with well known devices/browsers that have no problems with other sites, I'll pass by here.

Just another problem QVC needed to address years ago.

I am using Chrome on a Dell desktop and shipping is showing up on all the items I checked.

Hope you get it fixed real soon.

Interesting as I use Chrome and have had absolutely no problems seeing the shipping charges. These are the kinds of things that make you go, hmmmm? LOL!

I responded previously saying I've had no problems seeing shipping rates. But it did occur to me I have had another problem that is highly annoying. I can click on an item and there are no ratings being shown...but I know for a fact there are some as I've seen them in the past. Then I search for the item in a different way and then there are the ratings. Probably not making myself very clear here, but this had happened multiple times. I have not been able to figure out why the ratings "come and go" so much. I do realize that if you click on an item in your wish list you will not see ratings or have the video come up. I am aware of that as that's been the case for me for a very long time. But this is something different and it is frustrating to say the least!

I don't see s&h until I add the item to my cart. I don't know how long it's been like that.

@chrystaltree What device are you using? I am on a MacBook Air and I can see S&H on Safari and Chrome. If I ever have a problem with the QVC website it's because I am on Safari. When this happens I switch to Chrome.

I use Chrome or Firefox and shipping rates are not showing on either one and haven't for several weeks. Rates don't show until item is put into cart now.

@PansyBoo I know just what you mean. I've had the same problem and it's very frustrating. I like to know the reviews before I order. Many times they change my mind on a purchase.

I use my phone, occasionally my Kindle Fire. I only realized that I wasn't seeing the s&h until I put it in my shopping cart when the subject came up here. It's ok. It's not a problem. It only matters when I'm ready to make the purchase.
