CANNOT SEE S&H FEES

Am I doing something wrong ?? The shipping & handling fees just flash for an instant and then completely disappear so I am never aware what they are for a product until I order the item. This happens on all different browsers...I am just wondering if something changed?? I appreciated it when someome clarified how to "toggle" the heart to utilize my wish list once again as I did not realize that changed...Do I have to do something special to see the S&H prices now?? I am on a desktop using Chrome and I checked several items, and, everything is fine.

I hope yours gets fixed quickly!

I can no longer see the shipping fee also. This started a few weeks ago. I don't know what it is until I put an item in my cart.

I'm using Chrome on a MacBook. The S&H is right under the price of the item. I just checked on several items. Are you speaking about the S&H not showing up on items in your cart or when you are browsing items?

I'm on a laptop, using Edge, and I still see the S&H fees on the item as well as in my cart.

I've also observed that the cost of the item is downplayed and only the EZ pay is mentioned. Another selling technique.

iPad w Safari here, and the same thing has happened to me in the last few weeks. Sometimes the charges appear as usual, sometimes not. And yes, they do flash on the screen for just a second before disappearing.

@fritzie 309 I have no problem with the website using chrome on my laptop. I see S&H, videos, reviews, etc.

I'm on my Macbook Pro this morning using Safari, and the same thing happens to me. The S&H cost is there for a blink of an eye and then disappears. Using Firefox or Chrome, the S&H stays displayed. I haven't tried the app on my iPad so no idea what it's showing there. It appears to be a Safari issue.

I'm pretty sure the problem is with Safari. I can't sign in to the QVC website with Safari. More and more websites are not compatible with Safari. I use Chrome almost exclusively and have no problem.

Everyone using Safari should have figured out by now that it doesn't play well with the QVC website. If you want all functions of the website to be visible consistently, download and use, at least temporarily, another browser.

I'm using Safari and I can see the the S&H fees with no problem. I'm fully updated and on an iPad Pro.

Yes, they appear to be back today for me too.
