Continually Being Signed Out of Online QVC????

Does anyone here know why, when I am using my laptop, that I have to continually sign in to QVC? It does not do that while using QVC.com on my phone-not as frequent-but this is annoying. I have to make sure I copy before I hit submit in case the site won't let me post what I just typed because I have to SIGN IN? Anyone else have this problem? Just me? or am I doing something wrong? Doesn't happen on other websites. Is anyone else having random weird things pop up while typing on QVC forums? Like the box that says post a photo-from QVC? Thanks for any help you can give.

@Jesse Ann I have this same problem- I have to keep signing in on the QVC forums and I don't know why. I don't get the pop ups on my screen, but I do get a pop up about an email discount code if I sign up for QVC emails. If its any comfort, you're not alone in this website frustration of needing to sign in over and over because I deal with this using the QVC forums on my laptop.

Me too , lasts About One Week . then sign in again !! Even though l have it set to remember this computer ! Sickening what purpose does this have ?

Thank you for letting me know that I am not the only one. I do see where It constantly says to sign in, but has me signed in, but then again, I will type a response on a post and all is lost because it tells me to sign in. So, I guess I will just have to make sure I AM actually Signed In before replying to a forum, even if it constantly says "Sign In" at the top of my screen. Thank you

@Jesse Ann I have had the same problem for a few weeks now. I thought it was because I changed from Windows 10 to 11, but that might have been a coincidence. However, when I'm asked to sign into my account, I just go to order status or some other selection, and I'm already signed. It's not the same for the Forums. If I'm asked to sign in I really need to sign in. Hmmmm...

Crazy for sure. I work almost always on my computer, and sometimes I sign myself out when I want to control my screen time. Even though the sign out takes, sometimes when I'm ready to return here, I see I'm already signed in.

I don't know whether to blame QVC or Microsoft which seems to want me to stay signed in to every site I've ever tried to visit.
