I am having problems with the Q website. It is not showing the whole page I can't order

Is anyone having problems with the Q website. i click the item number and it then sends me to half a page. There is no where to order the item. Although it give information on the item including the pictures. It has recently started doing this. Customer service was no help at all. I have never had this problem. Now i have to call if I want to order.

I was looking at clearance items today and the playbacks of presentations, video player,would not play.

A while back I couldn't fully open the pages on things on my wish list. I had to type in the item number in Search in order to get a fresh and complete page. I have no idea why this happened.

Yes, the same thing has been happening to me for at least the past six months. I find that if I hit REFRESH, the entire page will load...most of the time. I use Chrome.

I think @elatedis right that they were having problems with the website yesterday. I kept getting error messages when I'd click on things. They seem to be changing things a lot lately and that's when glitches seem to happen.

I've had sign in problems for weeks. Once I'm in it's okay, but signing in often takes several tries.

@geezerette It's a constant problem. I have never seen a website with so any issues. Almost every day you can count on some type of glitch.

@bellaartiste @Sister Barbara @nunu4u Post this problem in Customer Care and say there are three of you with the same problem. Address the mods in your title or contact the social team and mention as much as you can about your issues and the other two posters with the same issues. Mention your device, your browser and your current update you have been using,. Since you are going to email them you might want to take a photo shot of the page and how it looks when this is happening. Ask the social team to please let IT know about the problem.
