They are the package tracking system that QVC uses.

If you try to track one of your QVC packages, you'll see 'navar' in the web address when it pulls up your tracking.

@Marp Served them how, what do they do? Strangely, they don't say. "7 billion interactions"? I don't recall having interacted with them.

@Kachina624, I hope your question is rhetorical because there is way I would know for sure but my thought is the interactions would be a combination of inquiries, customer service and their management service.
