      <title>Verizon Cable -QVC glitch?</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello to hopefully some techy folks out there in the Q Community who can help me. &amp;nbsp;We have Verizon cable (not sure it matters but letting you know). &amp;nbsp;This past weekend I noticed whenever I wanted to rewind something (only on the QVC channel) it would take me ALL the way back to the start of the show. &amp;nbsp;For instance, if something near the end of Fashions Night In, which is almost three hours long, was interesting to me and I went to rewind slowly it will suddenly jump all the way backwards three hours to the start. This is every single time and on both TV's. Happens when I record Q too (don't judge lol, I love Laura and Mally and cannot usually watch them "Live".) &amp;nbsp;This only occurs on QVC, because HsN and other regular non shopping channels are acting normal and function fine. &amp;nbsp;Anyone have any idea what might be happening?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks in advance and have a great day!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

They solve problems, You can email them and explain exactly what you said in your post. Here is the email address.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;qvcsocialteam@qvc.com&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;You can also try asking in the Forum under Customer Care, It's listed on the left side of the screen. You cannot post the exact same words in your post there because we are not allowed to make duplicate posts, so you will have delete this post and then repost there.
