Problem Signing In

When trying to access the forums, sometimes I have to sign in. For the past couple of days I get a notice "account locked for security reasons." If I "reset" my password I'm usually able to get in but not always (I use the same password I've had for 20+ years.)

Has anyone had this problem? Any solution?

I can't in using Safari. I use Chrome now and have no problem signing in. But for a couple of months now I have to sign in every time I come to the forums.

I've given up trying to figure out the login issues here. My name and photo appear so I know I'm logged in, but when I try to post I get a login request.... I login and if I leave the site and come back in an hour or so I'm not recognized. I don't know if the issue is mine or the board....

I haven't had that same problem, but lately I do often have to re-enter my sign in information a few times before it goes through. I get the "Oops. Something went wrong." message.

I hardly ever have to sign in again when ordering but seems I have to sign in to the forums every time. I'm getting that "oops" message all the time and just get out of the site for a while. When I am able to access the forums again, I forget what I wanted to say...and I'm sure it was important

Unless I leave for several hours, I only have to sign in once a day, in the morning. I'm on and off dozens of times a day but only sign in once.

The trouble signing in is normal for me. I gave up calling CS or redoing everything over and over. It locks the account. Then it doesn't. Then it says my password is wrong. Then it has my name on the screen but says it doesn't know me. Now I just try to sign in. If it works. fine. If it does'nt, I just move on to another site.

Same with me as @Kachina624 . I'm on and off all day and if I stay off too long I have to sign in.

I had this problem a couple of months ago and even did one of those computer type n chats with a QVC rep. There was a long list of things she wanted me to do with my computer about clearing out this, that and the bathtub. I typed back that was way too much trouble, thanks but no thanks and clicked off. I just pulled up another browser that I had never used and only used it for this site, no problem signing in.

A few days later I came back to my original and preferred browser and signed in with no problems. My feelings it was QVC's problem and not my computer. Still using the original browser today.

Hi @kaydee50

For days, I've had this same (notice) sign-in problem. Then, it wouldnt sign me in at all, (without the notice). Appears now fixed.

I guess maybe Q Mgt need even more years to finally straighten out their Q IT Dept.

Working fine for me now but back in the fall. I had a real problem with trying to sign in for this forum. It would always take me back to the main page after signing in and I could see I was signed in, but when I clicked to go to the forums, I wasn't signed in again. Went on for weeks.
