Topcashback Rebates

You might want to check your rebate balances on Topcashback.

QVC has declined all my purchases for April and May and they were all there a few days ago. I know I can submit a claim for each purchase but that's going to take some work on my part researching each purchase that was made through their site. Does anyone know any easier way to notifiy Topcashback that this has happened?

I had this problem with one or two purchases in the past but not all of them. When I submitted claims, none of them were successful. I thought they had this issue with QVC resolved but apparently not.

I really need to stop using Topcashback.

@Review 2. I had similar issues with topcashback also and stopped using them.

Now use Rakuten and Mrrebates and both are very reliable and any issues are usually solved almost immediately. Plus you don't have to wait as long for your rebate.

I never order from the Q anymore, but I have no trouble with TCB from any of the stores I deal with, HSN always credits me in about an hour after I purchase.

Have you tried using Be Frugal, they have had 10.5% back from HSN for the last few weeks. Check on the rate for the Q

Instead of filling out the form , have you tried contacting TCB CS directly thru email. I do this all the time and always get an answer. Just send your concerns to Customer Service @ and the usual after that.

ME TOO. I just checked and money that was there the other day, is not there any longer. ALL of my QVC and HSN purchased show DECLINED. I just wrote to them, as I had to do last year, and asked them to resubmit and get me the $ they advertised. I let them know that I have NEVER had anything declined by Rakuten.

SCAM? Who knows. I've gotten money back from TCB but had to fight for every penny. Worth it? I really don't think so. I may have to stop using them.

SHAME!

I finally got one to go through and now it's been declined. Guess I need to cash out and be done with them.

Could this possibly be just a computer glitch on their part and all will be restored, there is absolutely no other explanation as to why this would happen, I say give them time to fix it!!!

same problem.....just went in to check.

april and may purchases have all been declined with QVC.

it is slightly over $100 of rebates!!!!

The declination problem has been an ongoing thing. That as well as missing rebates. it's very frustrating to say the least. I always double check each purchase to see if the rebate got posted.

@sunshine45 Bottom of the page on the far left is the CS link. I have found them responsive, but usually the answer is you have to submit a claim.

ugh, well looks like i have to submit about a dozen claims then.

very frustrating. i may just have to go with the lower rebates on mr rebates for qvc if this keeps up.

I wouldn't be surprised if QVC is turining away from rebates altogether as a money saving thing. They stopped paying the Blue Skies lady to promote their products,

If Q has stopped honoring rebates, then legally how can they still claim to be a paying patricipating merchant on the site, makes no sense to me.
