strange.....i placed an order this morning and it was 8%.

just went back and checked and it is still at 8%?

I just saw that too but I also got an email from TCB little while ago advertising that it was 10% until the 31st. Time will tell. they have had 8% from HSN for a while now. I have not placed any orders with Q in over 10 years so I dont follow their offerings.

Top Cash Back often offers better cash back than Mr. Rebates but I like getting a check back from Mr. Rebates. I've been logging into Top Cash Back for a couple months now and when I recently tried to request my check it looked like they were only giving credit at places like Amazon, etc. Do they not offer checks back in the mail?

They do offer cash back by direct deposit and you have to supply them with your bank acct. info, I just ask for the Amazon gift card, they put it in your amazon acct, and top it off by at least 2%.

i guess QVC backed out of the 10% because it is still at 8% for QVC.

ACH transfer is still there for payout. i always do a payout to my PAYPAL account.

For some odd reason I dont like doing a pay out in my PP acct, one reason I usually dont use Retail Me Not for my rebates unless their rate is over the top high
