Keurig can't get the descale problem fixed adequately with all of their coffee makers, from what I'm reading.&amp;nbsp; I will eventually switch over to either a Mr. Coffee type of coffee maker when the Keurig hits the dust, which I think will be sooner rather than later.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT face="comic sans ms,sans-serif" size="3"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>Awe. I’m sorry.&lt;BR /&gt;I have an older model 2016 and it still works well. I descale regularly. A couple of times it got plugged with grounds and I ran a bent paper clip through the punch channel.</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have this model for well over a year with no issues. How did you descale it? Did you run it in it's descaling mode? In any case it lasting only 5 months is disgraceful. I would be really annoyed.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have this model for about a year. Descaling light came on. I descaled it following instructions but the light is still on. Mine got clogged too but I cleaned it and brushed off the coffee grinds before they dried out. Two days ago it got clogged and was a big mess on my counter. This last experencie made me reconsider getting a different brand next time. Won't get another Keurig.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

I have never descaled it &amp;amp; it works fine. About once a week I clean where the pod goes in &amp;amp; where the coffee comes out of,with a damp paper towel.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="4"&gt;I just bought a Keurig that looks like the one posted on Friday Afternoon at Costco. &amp;nbsp;Our other one broke sometime this past winter and I replaced it with the one that was in our RV.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="4"&gt;I didn't replace it right away because the costs of Keurig's have really gone up. &amp;nbsp;No way will I pay over $100 for a Keurig coffee maker. This one was on sale for $100.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="4"&gt;I hope this new one lasts. &amp;nbsp;I feel okay buying from Costco because they will take it back as a return even if it's been a few months.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="4"&gt;&lt;IMG src="https://community.qvc.com/t5/image/serverpage/image-id/286713iD491856DD00165AC/image-size/original?v=v2&amp;amp;px=-1" border="0" alt="C2CB819B-6F17-4538-AA3E-2763EE678C04.jpeg" title="C2CB819B-6F17-4538-AA3E-2763EE678C04.jpeg" /&gt;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="3"&gt;I don't have that model but a couple of things I've noticed about Keurig. They are known for their excellent customer service.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="3"&gt;I also only use filtered water from a Zero pitcher in my coffee makers. I probably went three years before my descale notice came on.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="3"&gt;Some Keurigs, like the Nespressos, have what I call a factory reset that may need hit after descaling or months of inactivity. Usually it resets itself by pressing and holding down for 10 seconds a combination of two buttons. I don't remember which buttons for certain now. Something tells me it's simultaneously pressing and holding down 8oz and 6oz buttons to reset. If that's not correct the info is probably available online.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://community.qvc.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/268959"&gt;@northiie57&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; I purchased that model last year from QVC....thinking I would try a newer model. &amp;nbsp; Well...It lasted about 1 week...so I returned it. &amp;nbsp;I still have my old original Keurig and it is still working fine. &amp;nbsp; I have had it about 5 years. &amp;nbsp;Wish they still carried this model in white. &amp;nbsp;I have seen it on Keurig.com but only in black. &amp;nbsp;Many of the newer models seem to have problems and are not made as well.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="4"&gt;We have that Keurig, bought it last year and it was the same thing, descale light came on and would not reset even after 8 re-fills. The stories about the excellant customer service used to be true we have had 6 keurig coffeemakers in both hubby and my offices plus our home, the hunting camp and camper. But the customer service is now outsourced and I got into a battle with the a gal that I could barely understand, she could not open the attachment I sent her (it was a jpeg). After sending it 3 times I gave up and Keurig lost a long time customer as she was sure that I was trying to use vinegar instead of the approved descaling solution.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;My first Keurig was the first mini model made, I had it for almost ten years before it quit working. It was replaced it with the K-slim model and it is working very well, I did have an issue with the descaling button but watched a youtube video on what to do. It worked like a charm and next time it happens I'll know how to shut the light out.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
