It's actually raining ! and has been since early morning.

A steady rain is unheard of in Tx.

Cloudy and dark, but, that's good too. In 50's !

Pouring right now in the metro-DC area. We really need it. They've said that it won't be enough to get us out of the drought, however. But every little bit is appreciated!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Most people think your crazy, but, if you haven't had a steady down pour since last yr sometime it's a god given

Glad you're getting the rain you need. I'm in Pa. and waiting for it to start here later on. Looks like it's gonna be on and off thru next Wed. and cool, too. We had a very mild winter, snow wise, so now I guess it's gonna be rainy. Anyhow, enjoy it while you have it.

@SharkE So glad you're getting rain! My brother lives in TX, so I know how important it is to you. We are expecting a possible 3 inches here in eastern PA. So glad for it, because we were approaching drought level. I just love a spring rain! The grass, plants and trees are so many shades of green, and the trunks of the trees are black with the rain. Sorry for those who have outdoor weekend plans, but that's April for you.

I’m happy you’re getting your much needed rain.

Rain always makes me depressed. Cloudy days are fine, but as soon as those raindrops start, forget it.
If I know that it’s raining outside, I stay in the house if possible and don’t even look out the window.
