I guess my eyes went down another notch. I can't read # 1 default font at all. I'm sure I'm not the only one with eye issues.

Every time I write a post here I adjust the font size and style. I use #4 since it's easier for me to read.

I also enlarge the screen on my computer so it's much easier to read. Even though I do all of that I still need my reading glasses just to see it clearly.

I have on bifocals and cannot read #1. #2 is uncomfortable. Some of the colored print compounds the issue as well.

I understand. I have macular degeneration, so I need 4 or 5 pt. font in order to see most posts here. Thankfully, I often can enlarge other items on my iPad, but sometimes enlarging causes distortion.

I've noticed alot of small print posts lately, too. I don't read them, nor the super long ones as another poster said. Thanks for bringing this up OP.

Sometimes I make my print waaaaay too big on a waaaaay too long-winded post and I have to wonder if some people might think that it's all annoying as heck! LOL!!!

That's funny. I tend to write long posts and so focused on my thoughts, I don't think about fonts. If I used big fonts, I'd be writing a book. It would look ridiculous. I think if people can't read a post, it's ok to skip by it. No one reads every single post.

What you are asking people to do is to remember to increase the font size every time they come here to post.

You can also zoom in on the browser you're using.

I use sizes 3 or 4 and very lately I've often used Comic Sans MS because the letters are larger. This is in Comic Sans MS size 4.

this is the best and easiest way to handle it.

i have my browser set to 125%.

it makes it a lot easier to read everyones posts here and view other websites.

I try to use Bold Font Size 3 but I sometimes forget, so I'm sorry about that. If I remember later, I go back to the post and change it.

I try to change the size of the font each time I post but every once in awhile I forget to do so. If you are working on a computer changing the size on your screen is easy, hold the control and then scroll up, the screen enlarges everything.

Helvetica is supposed to be easy to read. This sentence is in Helvetica 3.

Georgia is supposed to be easy to read. This sentence is in Georgia 3. I'm not a fan.

Arial is also easy to read. This is Arial 3.

Comic Sans MS is smaller than I thought in size 3.

How are you. Andale Mono size 3

How are you. Arial size 3

How are you. Batang size 3

How are you. Book Antiqua size 3

How are you. Comic Sans MS size 3

To add to the OP's good points, PLEASE use the space bar to add paragraphs to your post. Especially if it's a long one. I won't read those closely spaced words unless there are some breaks.

I try, in fact I've gone from a 4 to a 5, but often my tablet defaults back to the original tiny print for some reason. I may try to go too fast.

I always use #4 but like @Kachina624 said - it always defaults back so I have to change it every time.
