    <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT face="book antiqua,palatino" size="4"&gt;&lt;a href="https://community.qvc.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/49636"&gt;@hannah64&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;Oh, yes...on a consistent basis.&amp;nbsp; That's why I comopletely stopped shopping at QVC!&amp;nbsp; &lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT face="book antiqua,palatino" size="4"&gt;They promote contacting the "social team" with some info to expedite things; however, to me, it's an additional hassle that I choose to avoid by shopping elsewhere.&amp;nbsp; It's indicative of "mind set" that projects a level of customer "dissatisfaction" that's not commensurate with what I believe is great customer service.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT face="book antiqua,palatino" size="4"&gt;I still shop at HSN from time to time as their return process is more user friendly.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I returned two boxes in february and my returns were never processed. &amp;nbsp;My credit card has been still getting charged. &amp;nbsp;This isn't the first time this has happened. &amp;nbsp;Any one else experience this?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I need to call customer service every time I return something.&amp;nbsp; I usually wait around 3 weeks to call if it's not been credited. Then, miraculously, it appears.&amp;nbsp; Sometimes I wonder what they're trying to pull.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://community.qvc.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/49636"&gt;@hannah64&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;- I haven't had any problems with returns.&amp;nbsp; I don't return much, but the last one or two, I used the new "Easy Returns" method.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;This thread might've been better posted under the "Customer Care" forum, so the moderators could've picked up on it.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;In the meantime, why don't you email them with the details of your orders/returns?&amp;nbsp; (Don't put any personal information on these forums.)&amp;nbsp; They're very good at resolving issues.&amp;nbsp; Just give them the order numbers and the issue and they can take it from there.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;QVCSocialTeam@qvc.com&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I returned two items the last week of February - one was received 3/3 the other 3/6; the 3/6 one refund was processed yesterday - the other one hasn't been yet.&amp;nbsp; So it does seem to be taking 3 weeks or so.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I've said before - I don't understand why we need Easy Returns when we do a regular return online anyway.&amp;nbsp; We're giving them the same info that we'd give in an email.&amp;nbsp; And I always get a return email from them saying they received it, it's being processed, etc.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;So why is a refund so much faster with an "Easy Return?"&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The last time I emailed the social team regarding a return they told me to email the returns people.&amp;nbsp; I did and never got a reply so I called and got it taken care of.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;And actually the last time I emailed the social team about another issue - last week or so - I never got a reply either.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have never have a problem using&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;EASY RETURNS&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;to return for credit or exchange.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;It may not be instantaneous...but gosh it is faster than nothing!&amp;nbsp; I get an email reply and the credit/exchange is handled in 3-4 days.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I am surprised to hear unanswered emails to the mods.&amp;nbsp; I have always received a reply within hours!!!&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I aways use QVC Easy Returns, but I returned an item this week and called Customer Service the following day. I used their label that I printed, since one wasn't included in the bag. She said she could tell the label had been used, so she credited my account and even credited back shipping and handling because the item was damaged. I recommend to use either method for a fast return.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

One was in pristine condition, folded nicely in a bag. &amp;nbsp;New. &amp;nbsp;The other was obviously a return, rolled in a ball and shoved into a very small bag. &amp;nbsp;No barcode, wrong size. When I took it out of the bag, it smelled of body odor. Someone wore it and decided to return it. Thanks QVC! &amp;nbsp;I live to spend $50 on someone else's junk return.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="3"&gt;It gets better. &amp;nbsp;Two years ago I returned a handbag in January. I was never credited for my return. I called and called CS and constantly got a runaround. The system is down. &amp;nbsp;I can't check that for you right now. Check your credit card bill next month. What?!!! &amp;nbsp;I eventually gave up.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="3"&gt;This past week I received an email from CS telling me they processed my return. What return? &amp;nbsp;I didn't return anything. Oh, it was the handbag. I'm getting a whole 0.01 cent! &amp;nbsp;🤣&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="3"&gt;For those of you who never have a problem, great. I wish you continued success. For the rest of us, well those are the breaks. &lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
