I have been trying ro pay a BIG balance of 10.00 for 2 months. No One has helped even after 5 phone calls. They all said it will be taken care of. Is any one there to work there?

@CarolG001 have you tried doing it yourself? It is very easy to do. You can access your account online and pay off your easy pays.

What??? Honestly, I don't understand the problem.

Perhaps the people didn't understand you, either. Just pay it off or let it deduct on the scheduled date. Easy-peasy.
