      <title>The New Way to Process Refunds???</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="4"&gt;This could actually be an old way, but it's certainly new to me:&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="4"&gt;I needed to return a pair of Ryka sport slides that I purchased from Amazon.&amp;nbsp; There was no invoice or return label inside the packaging.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="4"&gt;I went online and had a selection of return options, one of which was to have a UPS &lt;STRONG&gt;QR Return Code&lt;/STRONG&gt; sent to my email address.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="4"&gt;Then I just take my shoes (they don't even have to be in the original packaging at all) to any UPS drop off store.&amp;nbsp; I show them the QR code from my phone.&amp;nbsp; UPS scans my code and prints out my receipt.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="4"&gt;I live &lt;U&gt;5 miles from the UPS store&lt;/U&gt;.&amp;nbsp; When I walked through my apartment door, Alexa had a message waiting for me to tell me my return was processed and the full refund (zero cost to return) was applied to my original method of payment.&amp;nbsp; I checked and yes it was there.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="4"&gt;That's a first for me. No labels, no invoice, no worries about packaging, immediate, no-cost, total refund.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="4"&gt;I returned&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;FONT size="4"&gt; to Amazon this way for years.&amp;nbsp; It is wonderful!!&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="4"&gt;You can drop off at UPS or Kohl's.&amp;nbsp; If anyone is hesitant to take Amazon merchandise back to Kohl's...don't!&amp;nbsp; They have an area in the store, you take your merchandise along with return barcode, and they pack it up and return for you.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="4"&gt;They will give you a receipt and there is a coupon for Kohl's for a discount or money off a purchase.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="4"&gt;After Kohl's packs up the merchandise at the end of the day, I get an email and Alexa alert my return has been credited.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

I have been behind people for 5 minutes who first look for the code when they reach the front of the line. Why can't they have it ready? Rude&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;As far as I know this return process has always been this way,,I've been shopping with Amazon for a long time...buying just about anything and everything...they have the easiest way to return...and you refund is always super fast...in my opinion .they have the best and easiest and fastest way to shop and and return....other companies could learn from there very organized system....QVC should hire professionals to write new programs to there obsolete and deficient system.....&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="4"&gt;I've returned items to other places using the methods you describe.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="4"&gt;I've returned items yo the UPS Package Store, Walgreens,&amp;nbsp;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="4"&gt;and most recently, retail Banana Republic to a Staples store at their UPS desk which is probably for all outgoing returns.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

That part is definitely not&amp;nbsp; new.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="5" color="#000000"&gt;The few times I have had to return something: I call them up/talk with a Customer Service Rep/They send me a link to print off a return label/My choice/UPS/USPS.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="5" color="#000000"&gt;Since my wife does a lot of online shopping, I don't have to wait long before a UPS or USPS delivers a package. Just hand the delivery agent the package, and it is all free. Don't even leave the house. No labels, no invoice, no worries about packaging, immediate, no-cost, total refund.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;HR /&gt;&lt;/BLOCKQUOTE&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
