HELP

For a few weeks now I haven't been able to get colors, sizes and reviews for a lot of items I'm interrested in buying. If I click on the item all I get is the picture of ite item and the description. It doesn't matter if it's in my Wish List or Bag. Did someone change something and I didn't know about it? I'm using the same computer, nothing has changed on my end. Thank you for any assistance you may be able to give me.

P.S. I am not very computer literate. Thanks again.

Add Chrome if you are using Safari. I found it worked better on some sites than Safari.

No idea why.

It sounds like the mobile version which I landed on with my iPad for some weird reason. Once I scrolled down and saw the "full" option, it was back to normal.

Thank you all for your kind replies. I am using Chrome and I don't have any other browser. I don't have an IPad. I will keefp trying to figure it out and if I can't I will just stop shopping at QVC. This is the only place I haave an issue. Thank you again for your help. Have a great day.

@weight watcher If you are clicking on the item from your wish list or your cart that IS what you will get. If you want the FULL item information, copy and paste or type the item number in the search bar. It has always been that way. Other than if you are looking at the item browsing and click on it from there ie under "new, trending etc), that is the only way to see all the information. Clicking from your wish list or cart, gives you an "abreviated version" if you will. I cannot see reviews from there or all of the information.

Hi eadu4, thank you for responding to my issue. I was definitely aware of having to put item number inthe search bar when looking at the Bag or Wish List. However, I was just looking at Irish Sweaters and despite putting the number in the Search Bar I still couldn't get colors and sizes. Yesterday I was looking at some Susan Graver items and was unable to get the info when I put the number in teh Search Bar. Something else must be going on and I can't figure out what. Thank you so much for trying to help. I am a dinosauer(?) and not very computer literate so all suggestions are gratefully received Thank you.

Well, we have to solve this mystery. I also go with the idea of trying another browser, even temporarily, to rule out the "browser issue"..

You use Chrome, but there's no reason you can't install Firefox or Internet Explorer ... or whatever .... see if it makes a difference ... and then un-install that browser.

OH ! Another possibility ....... go to your settings for Chrome and check if there's a newer version that you didn't install. Always helps to have the best & newest version of ... anything.

Tinkerb144, you are so kind to try to help this hopeless (me) lady. I don't know how to install anything however, I did notice that I still had Internet Explorer on my computer and that did work. I was able to check out colors and sizes in the items I was interested in whether it was in my Wish List or my Bag.

For the life of me I don't know why things aren't as simple as they used to be. Be asssured, I greatly appreciate all your help. If I had any children or teenage neighbors I'm sure they would have showed me how to do it but, thank heavens for kind prople like yourself.
