Did anyone else get the 20% off coupon from QVC in the mail?

Did anyone else get the 20% off coupon in the mail? I received mine but I haven't used it yet.

Yesterday, I used my $15 off $50 coupon. The website has a glitch and the code did not take for me and another person on the Forum and I had to have a CS rep put my sale through by phone. This coupon was on the back of the Sring Trends mailer. You don't need to use it on clothes in the mailer. I used mine on a blouse I've been watching for awhile.

Previously, I received a coupon card which gave me four uses for Easy Pays.

I got the $15 off $50 coupon. Haven't used it yet.

But no sign of the 20% off coupon, so I doubt I'll get that one.

@Venezia @If it doesn't go through online, cancel the order immediately and call Customer Service to place the order with your promo code.

That’s funny...I have been a customer since 1989 and have never gotten any sort of perk. I must be part of the demographic they want to shed..great business model.

@wakefield64 I think it's related to a high degree of RECENT purchases. I recently bought a lot of clothes.

No. I didn't. I've not seen any sort of customer incentive from them in recent memory. I did, though, just cancel a costly item that sat in processing for a week before going to back order with no notification. Upon seeking clarification I was told that they hoped to either ship or cancel within three or so weeks. I saved them the trouble.

I think you're right about why you got the coupon @Mindy D . I also purchased a lot of clothing items recently and some home stuff. I got the coupon too. I guess they're fishing where the fish are.

Well, I don't fit that description. Last year I bought 12 items, only one of which was more than $40 and I returned 2. Have purchased 1 item so far this year. I am definitely NOT a big spender here!!

And I've gotten 2 coupons within the past 6 months!!!

@Mindy D I buy a LOT here and have never gotten a coupon. As a matter of fact, I recently got a monthly account summary and I purchased 14 items in January.....no coupon though. I know I bought more in February.

I got the $15 off $50 coupon and I have definitely not purchased a lot of items recently, clothing or otherwise.

I purchased a sale CCB cardigan in early Feb., last item before that was in Nov., again it was one item.

Kohl's is wonderful about coupons. I had a 30% off coupon along with 10% for Sephora (I did a return to Amazon in the store and they gave it to me).

On top of that, I received Kohl's cash for my total purchase.

I have received absolutely nothing from the Q and I have been here since the beginning.
