Lazy Day

I have no plans for today . Right now I'm doing laundry ( which has built up to an alarming degree ) and playing on my IPad. What are you all doing today ? I hope it's more exciting than my day or maybe you just want to relax. Are you cooking anything interesting? Whatever your plans are , have a good day. 🌺

Watching the final round of golf at the Genesis Invitational tournament and racing at the Daytona 500. I'm a couch potato today.

It's a nice day here. Sun is out. Did some laundry and it's hanging outside to dry. Going to watch a bunch of Naked and Afraid and work on my counted x stitch. Son is coming this afternoon to put in some new smoke detectors. Kind of a lazy day for me, too.

Ugh, lots of laundry here, too, but before that task, I'll take a two mile walk with my dog. It's a beautiful day.

After a busy day yesterday, I am content to spend today watching some TV shows, reading my book and relaxing. Of course that doesn't men there aren't things I should be doing as far as house chores are concerned. I appreciate busy days and days of doing very little, it's nice to have a choice of either!

It is a nice sunny day and plan is to take a drive to a buffet we like in another town for combo of lunch and dinner about 3 p.m. I am just eating my cereal breakfast now. Really lazy, just got up about 11:30 a.m. I am a night owl and now retired so I can indulge myself in my late nights.

DH out for a bike ride on this sunny day. He is an early bird to my night owl.

We will take the long way home and look for the eagle who has a nest on that route. See him once in awhile. That is the extent of my lazy day. Will read a book this evening and watch Susan Graver at 9 p.m.

It's Sunday and Monday is a holiday so it's going to be a total rest and relaxation day for me. I have the house to myself, everyone is off doing stuff. I got caught on my TV programs. I'm going to do a mani pedi. Make myself something for dinner or order delivery on Grubhub.

Is it something in the air today? I woke up early, but decided I wasn't going to get up! DH was up and downstairs, so I knew the cats had been fed.

One of my furbabies came up and snuggled on the bed with me. I played Candy Crush for a while and then finally got up around 11:30. I made a choice not to rush the day. Yes, there are things I could be doing, but they can wait.

Just having a bagel and tea for my "brunch" now. I believe we all need this kind of day now and then.

@QVCkitty1 Logged two sessions in the Great Backyard Bird Count (finally got lots of birds!) and attended church via FB. Made DH's salad for the week and doing laundry while watching ITKWD. Later I'll make sausage and broccoli rabe. Looking forward to All Creatures Great and Small tonight. Have a great day!

@QVCkitty1 Making roasted cornish hens with veg for dinner in my what I call the easy bake oven, the Oster French Door countertop; they'll be nice and crispy using convection.

Working until then sorting and listing jewelry online while enjoying the view of a beautiful Colorado blue sky day. 50 degrees and no snow.
