Your Weather?

We had a beautiful sunny morning then about noon clouds rolled in, the mountains disappeared and it rained pretty good. Now the wind is howling causing my wind chimes to dance a jig. All six of our ABC owned channels, including QVC, just got knocked off the air. Maybe some snow tonight. House is cold and drafty.

Wednesday is supposed to be similar but much more severe.

Our weather today was clear and sunny with a high in the mid 60s. Beautiful. Tomorrow's high will be 75, partly cloudly. My plants must think Spring is here, because some of them are starting to sprout leaves. Hope they're right.

@Kachina624 It was partly sunny this morning. Then it turned cloudy. We had thunder and lightning then a snow storm dropping about 2 inches. More to come tomorrow and Wednesday. The weather guys are telling us up to a foot more. The three feet we got in January is still hanging around. A foot or so of that has melted.

We'd like to see spring come now..lol...DW

Today in Sparks, Nv it was 60 degrees but now the wind is blowing big time. I think tomorrow is supposed to be about 30.

We got a big snowstorm coming Tuesday night. Could be blizzard conditions they are saying. Six inches of snow with the wind blowing 50mph+ means drifts will be awful. I don't mind shoveling six inches but the drifts are gonna be a challenge. Might have to call out for some help.

I got Fedex packages coming on Wednesday. I'll bet they get delayed until Thursday or later.

@Kachina624 Well that's concerning because my DD will be flying in there tomorrow for 2 days. She's concerned about flights getting delayed. Unfortunate weather for a funeral.

@Scooby Doo Tell DD to bring warm clothes as it will be very cold. Probably windy with a fierce wind chill.

It sounds like we're all getting the effects of storms in California.

Here in SE MD, it was chilly today in the 50s but breezy. Last night, it was pretty windy which puts me in such a deep sleep, as does a heavy rain. Next three days, high 60s, close to 70 on Thursday. Highly unusual for this area, but I will take it. Back to 40s and 50s for the weekend...come on hot, hazy, thick, sticky and humid weather so I can sit out in it 🥵☀️🔥

Southern WV had rain Saturday night and Sunday. Today was partly sunny, with sun and a mild 50 for Valentines Day. We cool down starting Wednesday night, but still stay above freezing thru the weekend; no significant precipitation.

We have only seen 6 inches of snow this entire winter! So not the norm for this area of the state.

We're supposed to hit the high 40's to low 50's all week except for Friday when it'll only get up to 30*. It's another gloomy looking week too; cloudy, windy, strong chances of rain a couple of days. The only day we'll have sun will be on Friday.

Here in my area of southeast Florida it was cooler today...mid 70's. The past 2 nights have been in the 50's. Temps for the for the foreseeable future are for upper 70's and 80's. Friday will be close to 90. The cat will be happy as he likes the warm weather and sun!

@Kachina624 , snowstorm overnight. Everything is white and the plow left us two mountains of snow at the entrance to our circular driveway. Only the second big snow fall of winter. We will be shovelling out today. We are at freezing temps but it will be 50F on Thursday so it won't last. LM

It was sunny and 57 degrees here yesterday. I was out without a coat. I saw a few people in shorts on my walk with my dog. A gorgeous day.

We're expecting 6" of snow today/tonight and temps in the 20s the rest of the week. Typical midwest weather change.

The week is unseasonably warm for us in Eastern MA. 40s to 50s and sunny. Rain predicted for the end of the week. Weird because February is usually the coldest snowiest month.

SoCal will be in the 60's all week, partly cloudy towards the end of the week, temps did go up to 80 degrees last Thurs/Fri then back down to the 60's, it was nice while it lasted. In a few months we will be complaining, it's too hot!

@chrystaltree I know, so true. I don't remember having such a mild winter ever. I'm in RI and the weather people said they don't see the pattern changing at all. I guess it's been a blessing for controlling our heat expenses but it just doesn't feel like home.........I enjoy the nice weather but I do like my winters too.

2/14/2023. Seattle area

it went from 50's and sunshine, dry weather for the past week.....

to cold, snow dusting and icy conditions this morning.... 40's for highs today only....

back to winter I guess!

Yesterday was beautiful....sunny and right at 60 degrees. Today it is supposed to be partly sunny and a high of around 55 degrees. I went ahead and turned off the hear and opened a couple of windows to get air circulating. I'm sure I'll close up everything and turn the heat back on when I get home this evening.
