Just by a quick glance it looks like the brand America & Beyond but I don't find a gold one on QVC that looks like it. Maybe it's not in their inventory yet as they will show it during fashion days.

I was wondering about that bag as well.
They often post pix in the ads without any way to find the items, wish the Q didn't do that.
