That's really funny, but too close to the truth. For some reason, this thread suddenly made me reminisce about full service gas stations of my youth.

Someone would promptly wipe the window, check the tires, and pop the hood for a check, if desired, and fuel it up for you. You'd have a friendly chat before driving off, often getting directions, and advice, if traveling.

Now we're on our own. Usually half the services don't work properly either, like the air stations, but it's do-it- yourself, with extra charges. And, if you use a credit card, you have to hope your card info isn't stolen. They are risky sites.

ARGH, the sign of the times across all services.Sometimes you want to shout: I'm not an employee here, you are.
