    <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="4"&gt;&amp;nbsp;I don't use it anymore. It takes too long for a response. Back in the day before the Covid, I would get a response and a refund within a few hours. I refuse to wait a week. I just called customer service and go over the returns for a speedy refund.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <title>Is Anyone Having Problems With Easy Returns?</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="3"&gt;This is the second time I did not receive a reply or refund from Easy Returns.&amp;nbsp; Both were refunded after the packages were delivered and received by QVC in South Carolina.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="3"&gt;I included all necessary information requested by Easy Returns.&amp;nbsp; I copy my order status that includes all the information Easy Returns needs.&amp;nbsp; The order number, item number, how many, color, add how many are being returned, reason for return, etc.&amp;nbsp; Actually, more than they request.&amp;nbsp; &lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="3"&gt;I also include a copy of the USPS pickup confirmation email with the confirmation number that the package was picked up.&amp;nbsp; All of what I include always worked with Easy Returns before.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="3"&gt;I reminded Easy Returns both times I had not heard from them and sent the same information.&amp;nbsp; No response.&amp;nbsp; At least someone could respond with &lt;EM&gt;"We apologize for the delay in processing your return refund."&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/EM&gt;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT face="comic sans ms,sans-serif" size="4"&gt;I recently requested an exhange for a ring that was too small.&amp;nbsp; I sent it the regular way.&amp;nbsp; I was pleasantly surprised to receive an email a week later stating I would be getting a refund since my size was not available.&amp;nbsp; I was not expecting a response that quick.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT face="comic sans ms,sans-serif" size="4"&gt;I ususally get a response within a few days of me sending them an email....sometimes it can take up to a week though.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT face="comic sans ms,sans-serif" size="4"&gt;I always send the item information in the email....item number, cost &amp;amp; order number.&amp;nbsp; I figure giving them as much information as possible might help things go a bit easier for them.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT face="comic sans ms,sans-serif" size="4"&gt;ETA: It could be that as we are getting closer to the holidays they are getting busier.&amp;nbsp; Which probably means that they will be swamped in January!&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;I bought some items as Christmas gifts, however am doing my Christmas early, so if&amp;nbsp; a size is not right or something is defective&amp;nbsp; or an exchange is needed , I can return now&amp;nbsp; before the "&amp;nbsp; jammed up&amp;nbsp; " after Christmas returns begin or a slow down in shipping due to shortage of diesel oil or post office issues .&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://community.qvc.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/46711"&gt;@Foxxee&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;Have you opened the view order on your Order Status?&amp;nbsp; The order status may show "shipped" instead of returned, but if you actually open the view order, you may see a "refunded amount"on your order.&amp;nbsp; Could be that your refund has actually been made although the Order Status page may not show that.&amp;nbsp; It usually only takes 3-4 days for the actual refund to be made.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have made several returns in the last couple weeks by Easy Returns and my items have a refund amount shown on the order.&amp;nbsp; No problem.&amp;nbsp; It may take awhile after the refund has been posted to your order to receive an e-mail that the refund has been made.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Wish they had what Amazon offers. I can bring anything I need to return to Kohl's and they do the rest.&amp;nbsp; Easy easy and credit by the end of the day.&amp;nbsp; I don't return much but when I have to.. such a good feeling. And I get a shopping discount at Kohl's for doing this.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>Strange thing - I posted on another thread about a recent issue I was having printing return slips online. Emailed easy returns to help and all I got back was a shipping label with no explanation. Well, this past week, I received letters from QVC with the order information (a little late as I had returned everything with a letter.). I just thought it was so odd to get something via snail mail rather than to actually respond to my email!</description>
