As far as I'm concerned, the horse is not dead. QVC has sick horses scattered all over the field that haven't been treated possibly because...

it's a common problem among Americans...they jump up and down, scream and yell, for a few days, then forget about it. They have become complacent, accepting, something the big guys know they will do. They probably even discussed that in their meetings saying, "They'll get over it and the majority will continue to shop with us. New buyers will more than make up for those deciding to shop elsewhere. No worries."

Yesterday's TSV....Lock n Lock set for 25.00 each.

You buy one set for you one for a gift.

NEW customer pays 50.00 for two sets ( No tax figured cause all states are different....)

OLD worn out LOYAL existing customer?

50.00 for two sets PLUS 11.00 shipping.

@PhillyGirl23 QVC does offer easy pay on every item. I don't know how many easy pays you ar referring to, but every item has easy pay, every day.

I am lucky in that I have more jean, boots, coats and makeup than anyone should have in a lifetime. I'm done & just paid off my Q Card online with the exception of 3 items that still have easy pays. May watch once in a while when bored for entertainment.

My mother regularly gets more valuable percentage off Kohls' coupons than I do even though I outspend her. It doesn't occur to me to get outraged about it. I guess I have more important things to fret about. You do you.

@RollTide2008 Never could figure out what the heck Kohl's is doing. Could be a big secret. But many people feel what QVC is doing is wrong, myself included. They are shouting it out loud and clear, new customers get free shipping on 15 orders. Might as well carry on with the next sentence to say that customers who have been loyal get the shaft. Yes, life is unfair in so many aspects. This unfairness was done on purpose. And those of us who want to protest about it are cutting back on orders.

@Puppy Lips and QVC doesn't care. They are not concerned with the veilled threats by some that come here and shop. Reason? Because their are millions more who do shop and know nothing about this promotion. Too much "self appointed entitlement" from some here. You're not entitled to anything. A company wants you to spend you money or not. They don't want you making decisions for how they run their business unless you are a shareholder.

@gertrudecloset Oh I do agree with you on those points. QVC does not care. That is even more reason to shop elsewhere. My threats are not "veilled," though I am sure some are. I won't be watching or shopping at QVC again for a very long time. They made their decision and I made mine. ****** for tat.

Free shipping on the TSV for every shopper does not make up for the free shipping on every purchase thru Jan '23 to newbies. Customers have to be appreciated for years and decades of loyalty. They are not and have not been appreciated. I think a customer of ten years should get a $100 credit to their account...twenty years $200.

I received 3 emails today from QVC wanted me to shop early and the special deals🤷‍♀️🤗. One item that I researched today on WalMart was $48 with free shipping. The item on QVC over $52 plus $5.50 shipping and tax but the deal was the easy pays $13🤷‍♀️. I don't need easy pay on small purchases. Doing more research for a better price. QVC is now my last place to look.

I don't see anyone here as "entitled" because they express concern, even outrage, at the different criteria for savings between NEW customers and long time customers....

I really DON'T care...if I want it, I'll buy it,and I factor in what the time and cost is to get dressed, drive somewhere, park, etc etc etc....and the convenience of Mr. Brown delivering to my front door...

But....this IS a QVC forum, made for thier customers to express opinions.

Most people do NOT express Happy Happy Joy Joy, but are motivated to write when they are concerned about a policy or shift that seems inequitable.

Anyway...the fact the so many HAVE expressed anger IS "us doing us" ...whatever that means.

And we all know we can shop elsewhere.

Some of us don't or will never have to worry about cost. A lot of people do.

And QVC customers need to make thier feelings known without being told they feel "entitled" to some perk.

Why have a suggestion forum if you don't want to solicit suggestions or complaints?
