      <description>&lt;P&gt;QVC had best offer a LOT more free shippig days to us "veterans" between now and Christmas.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;That still may not be enough to get me to buy here. I have cut WAY back for reasons including high return shipping, shipping charged per item rather than on the total purchase, boring assortment of items in every category, my reduced spending budget and horrible shipping, to name just a few complaints.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://community.qvc.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/1390"&gt;@Tori3569&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;- I'm a longtime SiriusXM customer and I'm only paying $6 a month (incl. fees &amp;amp; taxes) for each of my two vehicles.&amp;nbsp; I simply tell them at renewal time that it's not worth more than that to me and they are happy to oblige, rather than lose me as a customer.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I can't say the same for a lot of other companies I've dealt with.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;In this instance of QVC, I think offering new customers free shipping on every item through January is a bit excessive.&amp;nbsp; So the regular, long-standing customers get zip going into the Christmas shopping period, except maybe one or two free shipping days?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Count me out.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;(&lt;STRONG&gt;ETA:&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/STRONG&gt;I see in another thread that the offer is for free shipping up to 15 orders.&amp;nbsp; I haven't seen the Q's announcement yet, but I still think that's a slap in the face to longtime customers.)&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have read so many threads about this yesterday and people are rightfully upset by this.&amp;nbsp; I am one of them.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Loyal customers are already blocked out from getting most coupons they offer (new customers only, "random" customers, etc.), but this one takes the cake.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The biggest complaint that many of us have about QVC is the lack of free shipping.&amp;nbsp; They are very outdated with this practice as most companies offer free shipping either all the time or with a certain purchase amount.&amp;nbsp; The fact that they are offering free shipping to new customers only is hurtful and confusing.&amp;nbsp; Yes, they have a right to try and bring in new customers, but this is an offer that is beyond the typical "new customer" incentive.&amp;nbsp; I could understand a one time free shipping code (I guess, lol), but to be allowed to make purchases through January 31st is completely and utterly unfair.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I really don't know what else to say about it because it's all been said on here.&amp;nbsp; It would be amazing if QVC listened to everyone's feedback/anger over this and did something about it.&amp;nbsp; Do I think they will?&amp;nbsp; No, I don't.&amp;nbsp; With the exception of keeping these boards open when people were upset over it last year, QVC rarely listens to anything we say.&amp;nbsp; Instead they are finding more and more ways to alienate their existing customers.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Many of us keep coming back even though they make mistakes beyond the norm for any company.&amp;nbsp; There have been long ship times, cancelled orders, easy pay "glitches", wrong items being sent, empty boxes being delivered, no return labels, months to receive a refund, being charged ridiculous amounts to return items, errors on online items, etc.&amp;nbsp; The list goes on and on, but somehow many of us keep coming back.&amp;nbsp; It's because we are loyal customers and there are things about QVC that we do really like.&amp;nbsp; However, when there is something like free shipping being offered to some, but not all, it really makes a person stop and think about the priority of this company.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;It's all getting so old.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
