Exchanges with regard to shipping cost

Good afternoon I purchased a shirt that I would like to exchange for a different color. Will I be charged return shipping for this kind of transaction? Thanks in advance

No...if it's an exchange they don't deduct the 6.95 return label from your return/exchange.

If by the time your return item is processed, if there is no longer stock on the item you wish to exchange it for, it will then be processed as a return and 6.95 return label charged.

@gellen - Exchanges are free. If they are out of your size and must do a refund, you are still NOT charged shipping.

@amyb - They are not supposed to charge you if your size is unavailable.

@gellen Be sure to get a receipt when you return it to the post office so you can track it's return, and then watch for the credit. I've found that their system is overwhelmed and it takes forever to get a credit, and sometimes you have to ask.

I wait 7 days from when it was delivered back to QVC and then I call for the credit. Usually a few weeks later I get the standard email saying that my credit has been done, and it shows $0, but that is becuase it was already submitted by a rep once I called.

You pay for the shipping to you, but not for the shipping back is the way I understand it.

Maybe I'm confused, but I think we have two different replies here as to whether the $6.95 is charged if they do not have the item you want to exchange for. I'm in this situation now as I suspect the size I want is sold out.

@amyb There is no shipping charge for an exchange if the item is no longer a ailable. Anyone who is charged should contact the mods for a refund.
