Poll: what's the longest youve waited before a QVC delivery?

I am still waiting on my TSV blazers that, apparently, shipped on august 25. I'm curious....what is the longest you have ever waited before receiving your order from QVC? I really need to hear your responses....

9 days - one more than many others - probably the fault of no human actions. The extra day delivery happened after a weekend during which a snowstorm shut down the whole country east of the Mississippi.

I'm waiting right now for my most recent order which had orginally been scheduled for mid-week, but it's coming early. Tracking says Sunday - but it's a holiday weekend, so who knows! Timing isn't critical- whenever is fine.

Years ago I ordered an Oreck Vacuum Cleaner. After 10 days I called and asked about it. They said it went to the wrong distribution center and would be a few more days.

After 2 weeks I told them to cancel it, and if it came I would refuse it's delivery. I don't think I have bought anything since. My wife? Often! HSN, I still buy on occasion.

@Goldengate8361 What does your tracking say? Has your order shipped? I've had packages sit in ups facilities for 10 days while they made plans to deliver them, total of about 2 weeks in transit. If they're waiting on a shipment because they don't have your size or color, it could be longer.

Once I waited about 6 weeks and when I contacted CS they immediately refunded the money but told me next time to report an item not received after 2 weeks (this is after shipment).

By far the longest waiting time I have ever experienced is for two TSV Dennis Basso jackets that were ordered on July 13th. One jacket shipped on the 27th of July, and the other on August the 9th. When I called to inquire, I was told that they were experiencing technical problems.

Generally, I haven't had too many delayed shipments. However in the past two years, a few things went immediately after purchase into "backorder" (I never understand that, unless they are doing "just in time" inventory, as in...they take the orders, then supply from the vendor, rather than things right on the shelf, ready to go..which is frustrating.) Of those "backordered items" one was a Candace Cameron Bure TSV of all things, never got it, I cancelled it two months later. And a CCB tank set of 2, also, I cancelled it later.

A few others were delayed by a few weeks, then shipped.

QVC is the only vendor I've had any shipping issues with.

All others, and I've shopped several, ship quickly and come within a week to (only occasionally) 10 days.

Months. I ordered a vacumm for our farm house. I received an email saying that the truck it was on was in an accident and they would send me another. Well I forgot about it until I was going through my order statis and saw it. I called customer service and of course they didn't know anything about it and sent me another.

I guess it was my fault for not keeping on top of it.

@cjm61 They've told me 15 days on a return. I finally did a live chat just yesterday in fact for my credits on that cuddl duds tsv (2 sets of joggers). I dropped them off at my USPS on Aug 9. They finally processed my credits back yesterday - almost 30 days.

And then there was the time I returned 2 purses from shop hq that came to me together in the same big box, returned together in the same big box. They credited one purse but not the other that they picked out of the SAME big box. I went round and round with their horrible CS, as well my card carrying bank who had nothing on file from themfor the 2nd purse. I had to keep going back and forth to CS there to send through the credit on the 2nd purse. Finally they did that and I received my credit.

What a freaking hassle that was!!!!!! All in all that took more than 30 days. Never again with shop hq.

this year--ordered Feb 1st----was supposed to come by March--it was plant bulbs

received-May--planted them and they never grew--got my $$ back and will never order that type of thing again

One time I did wait a whole month but that was quite an unusual case, there was no warning on this item in the presentation nor on the website, and mysteriously the words "advanced order" appeared when I went to check status of my order......hence the wait....

On most orders I receive them within 10 to 14 days....once in awhile earlier.....
