USPS Tracking Info Email

Have you ever gotten an email from USPS w/tracking number and have no idea what it's for???? I received one USPS w/tracking info for Master Brand Filters order. I have no idea what it's for.

@rms1954 Look at your undelivered orders from places you've shopped and find the same tracking number.

@SharkE I've always gotten everything but it's way late. They need to do less adjusting and more delivering.

amarillo, tx are the rabbit holes of the world. I got a affinity ring that's stuck there now only 153.00 one, but, I still want it and it's sold out now.

I contacted the customer rep and they're supposedly checking it out.

I sent 3 Vera Bradley bags one yr to Ind to sister somebody got them.

I just got one that said "Due to operating conditions your package may be delayed."

@geezerette good luck on getting it. I don't understand with all the money the postal service receives and working for them is a well paid job, benefits. They should have people knocking down their doors to work for them.

Guess everybody has found some kind of secret money tree that grows 100 dollar bills overnight and all you need to do is pick the fruit.

Well, I just got a call from Us Postal Service telling me that the Affinity ring I ordered, according to them was never sent from QVC ! label was created, but, it didn't go out.

I was charged for it and my size 7 is sold out. So, guess I'm up the creek

Be careful it could be a scam too....place your cursor on the "from" dont click any links and check to make sure the email is really from USPS...... Go to USPS website and enter the tracking code and see if the info you find there rings a bell ..... Did you have any auto deliveries you may have forgotten about?????

I believe it. UPS sends a notice that a package is coming a week before QVC even puts the thing in the shipping bin. I think UPS jumps the gun by doing that when only the label was created.😠

Either that or some kind of subscription where the supplier changed something about their delivery.

Do NOT click on any links in that email. It could be a total scam. I'd first google "Master Brand Filters" and see if it rings any bells for you (refrigerator, water pitcher, etc.). If not, another poster said, go directly to the usps website and try that tracking number. Just don't use any link in the email to get there.

If nothing else, if it's legit it will eventually arrive and you'll get to see what it is, lol.

@geezerette That's probably a Newgistics message and, if they say so, it must be true. They lie a lot though. I've also gotten it when weather was perfect.

I heard back and of course they blame the post office and the post office says it was never mailed, and of course it's sold out so I'll just get a refund

I have never gotten a legitimate E-mail from USPS or UPS. Maybe you get them if you're signed up for updates or something, but I'm not. I always get the E-mail with a tracking number from the site I ordered from, not USPS. I would consider that suspicious.
