Won't be around much

Just letting you all know that it's due to the same crazy forum

issues others have been experiencing since July 20th.

I'm using Windows 10 on a PC laptop.

(unlike most of you, it's my only way of accessing the Internet)

Tried the latest versions of Chrome, Opera, Firefox, & Microsoft Edge... no-go.

Hopefully, the Q will fix the problem soon.

In the meantime, take care of yourselves.

I guess we can always go back to the other website that we all used before - when QVC was preparing to drop Blogs and Forums all together...outa sight, outa mind, I always say.

@feline groovy You will be missed. I have had no problems but I'm reading every single day about how messed up the whole thing is.

The Q needs to open their collective wallet and pay some experts to fix things. It's clear their IT staff can't handle it.

I have a good friend who is experiencing the same kind of mess.

What's really strange is that Im on a Windows 10 laptop with Chrome and have no problems....

Im in South Texas (maybe its a regional server as someone suggested) BUT I cant get on at all with my Android phone....either with the mobile APP or even going through the mobile Chrome Browser or other Browsers on my phone....

I've had no problems, either. I'm tending to agree with @gardenman that it's a regional thing, maybe due to server issues. I'm South Central, on the Gulf Coast, and so far all is well on both my Apple mobile devices and my desktop PC. Fingers firmly crossed.

@shoesnbags I'm on my laptop using Windows latest version and Edge. No problem. I doubt it 's a regional thing. I'm in WA state, west coast.

I don't think it's regional either...one iPad mini is wonky...my other iPad mini identical to the other is fine....my iPhone 13 is fine...🤷‍♀️...DW

I'm sorry to hear that feline groovy, you will be missed.

Having the same issues as you and am frustrated as well.

I'm still trying to persevere due to the beautiful pics MamaWick, godi and others post. It's so hot and I'm tired of TV so this is my little circle of camraderie.

Spurt, glad you and others aren't having issues.

My Chromebook works great. No problems here on this forum at all. However, my Win11 desktop is not accessing this forum very well. I've tried Chrome and Edge browsers on my desktop and both don't work with this forum.

@sarahpanda it is simply not that important to go to the other forum website for I lost interest in that one...besides this one is better when it works! It has been an effort to use since logging on 7/20...although do not know what date the unwanted odd/extra QVC informational material actually started appearing above Forum content; have to scroll 80%+ down the page before Forum appears! It is like web pages are not separated but running together. It is truly obnoxious!

Am in the DC suburbs, 1-yr old HP laptop, Win 10, Edge, problem started on 7/20 and has remained the same consistent problem as of this message.

@Spurt I'm in Rhode Islandand have not been able to get Blogs &Forums since Friday. Just lucky it opened up this time Have no idea if this message will go through. I wish the Q would mention on their opening page about this problem.MISS YOU ALL!!!! Where is their tech dept? Your cust deserve an explanation.

Too bad this didn't happen to the page where on-line ordering is done. Do you think they'd fix it quicker. I'm like the OP -- finished "trying to look at the forums". Too dang frustrating.

I would guess it has to do with some iterations of browsers and some security code in them that the servers QVC IT runs doesn't play well with.

It almost has to be that.

mine has been wonky for over a week, now, getting used to it is right.

just have to use the 'end' button to go down and the 'home' button to go up and scroll sometimes in between.

kind of like the Beverly Hillbillies type of computing. ROFL

It would be fixed in 10 minutes if people couldn't order you can bet your house and children on that. Fur would fly ! They don't give a c*ap if people can blow off or not.

I have no idea what the problem is but one thing I do know is that the problem is at their end, as it almost always is. I was fine until late in the evening on Friday when I began experiencing the same issues others have expressed, and there were no changes made at my end. No way I plan to get used to the endless scrolling. I'm tolerating it for now and in short doses, but if they don't soon resolve this mess, I'll be with the OP, which is to say very scarce. Trying to function this way is a waste of time.
