Can’t access forums

I can access these forums with my iPhone but not with the iPad or computer. With those devices I just get a long string of words indicating the different forums. Nothing else. What’s going on?

I have no issues on my laptop using Chrome, Edge or Firefox. I get the same long string of text as you did on my Fire tablet (Silk browser). I did notice that if you scroll all the way down the list of text, I do actually get to the Forums. It is just a pain in the you-know-what to do that. I just wish they would fix this.

I'm having the exact same problem. So frustrating! Not sure how to fix it or if it's a problem on QVC's end. It's been this way for a few days now.

First, no one knows what's going on. It's like that for most of us.

Second, have you tried scrolling all the way down to the bottom of the page like @FlyersGirl mentions? That's how we all have to get into the forum.

@Another new name Sue This system problem happened several days ago--maybe Tuesday? Wednesday? It is not affecting everyone, though.

The moderators informed us that they have alerted the Information Technology division/company that there is a problem. When it will be resolved nobody knows.

on the left there are 4 catagories - click on skip to footer and then scroll up to get the forums - works for the time being but sure hope they fix it

Thank you for the suggestion about footer. I saw the footer thing and then the forums but hadn't been scrolling up and to me to the side-so yea now I can see them on my phone too. Computer has been ok.

Go figure! The QVC website twilight zone.

Today my I pad was showing split screen and it wouldn't work in the larger part. I get in by clicking forums I put on top which didn't show up in the smaller screen. I forgot that it's at the bottom also hope that works.
I finally got on by opening another stores e mail and it was full screen. Magically there was the forums at top!
Has to be something with the Q!

You can bet your bottom dollar ,if it was not being able to shop ,it would had been fixed in just hours.

No one here knows, people have been posting about it all week. Some people resolved it by changing browsers.

Today was the first time I've experienced the problems everyone's been talking about. I figured our about the scrolling all the way down, but what a pain to have to do this! Hope it gets fixed soon.

I'm on a desktop PC, using Chrome.
