      <description>&lt;P&gt;I ordered Valerie Hill's santa bag with presents. I was having problems showing up on the order status page. I just checked it out several minutes ago and found 5 orders, omg.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;called c/s and the operator sent email to the processing&amp;nbsp; department. I put in an online grocery pickup order and the website wouldn't let me put diet soda in my cart, only regular. I tried every single flavor with no luck.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT face="verdana,geneva" size="3"&gt;I called the store and they told me to put in the regular versions of what I want, and they would put a written note for my order picker to pick diet on their bulletin board. Remember bulletin boards?&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT face="verdana,geneva" size="3"&gt;It worked.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;You did this to yourself.&amp;nbsp; The order didn't show up instantly so you kept reordering it.&amp;nbsp; Why?&amp;nbsp; Even if you didn't know that there were some systems problems, didn't it occur to you that you shouldn't reorder the same thing multiple times?&amp;nbsp; That maybe you should give it time.&amp;nbsp; There have been scores of conversations about how orders don't show up immediately as they did in the past.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

I had to learn the hard way and yes the order showed up this morning. My other orders have finally been taken care of. customer service told me to decline but i will never do that again.
