My favorite James Caan movies are "Cinderella Liberty" and "The Godfather". He was great in both movies.

@qualitygal Oh my gosh, I forgot about that movie. I saw it once and cannot watch it. I never have enough Kleenex in the house and I am not even a weepy person by nature.

So sad to hear this, just watched him in Misery with Kathy Bates over the weekend. Such a great actor. RIP, Mr Caan.

Just watched him on Amazon Prime in the movie Queen Bees last weekend. I enjoyed him in many movies, especially The Godfather. Rest In Peace Mr. Caan. 🌹

The movie that comes to mind for me is Funny Lady with Barbra Streisand. He was a good actor. Very sad news indeed.

So sorry to learn this news. He was a fine actor. I found him believable in all his roles.

His face has always attracted me.

Remember when he was outraged by Carlo's behavior toward Connie in The Godfather? His fury still frightens me every time I see this scene.

@CrazyKittyLvr2 @qualitygal Oh, Brian's Song! I remember watching that with my Dad, Mom, 2 brothers, and my now-DH---it's the only movie I know of that made all 4 men cry, and I don't mean sniffles, either. I looked around the room and all 4 of them had tears running down their faces!
