    <description>&lt;P&gt;You're right. &amp;nbsp;It showed up today...it's as if they are taking away your chance to cancel. &amp;nbsp;I swore I was done with them last month when after I had placed an order I tried to cancel and it went into processing mode immediately. &amp;nbsp;After three days it was still in processing mode. &amp;nbsp;Now it's getting worse. &amp;nbsp;This will be my last order with them. &amp;nbsp;Ever since the merger, they don't seem to care about their customers anymore. &amp;nbsp;Very sad!&lt;/P&gt;</description>
