Sunday delivery

Just after I closed my blinds against the afternoon sun, I heard loud music and shouting outside. Just as I stood to check, I heard my screendoor slam and something hit the terrace floor.

The noise was a delivery truck blaring loud music, the shouting a neighbor telling the driver to get lost.

And the two packages dropped inside my screen? Neither of them are mine! Not my address, not my name, not a company I have ever ordered from.

Nothing heavy or awkward, but I am not about to walk out into our 90+ bright sun. it's not in my building, so I will go later and deliver them to their owner.

There have always been Sunday deliveries. I think it depends on the sender, the delivery they pay for.

My Q delivery yesterday (Sunday) was by US postal mail.

Early on a Sunday, the other week, we happened to pass a United States Post Office. There was a group of trucks leaving the Post Office. I am sure to make deliveries. You see the postal trucks throughout Sunday in the neighborhood.

Not your job to deliver them, but if it is a food delivery, I would probably call or take it over if it isn't too far.
