      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="4" color="#0000FF"&gt;Each person is so different with how much they need but for me its never enough. I'm always tired but I'm used to being tired.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="4" color="#0000FF"&gt;The times I have spurts of energy I'm so happy and grateful.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="4" color="#0000FF"&gt;So I guess whatever disadvantages we have there is that. That we might feel so much appreciation and never take for granted the times when we feel good.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I'm usually at my best after about 7 hours of sleep which I get regularly. But sometimes that falls short so I just take a short 15 to 20 minute nap the following afternoon and then I'm good to go again.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have always been a poor sleeper.&amp;nbsp; Lately I go to bed at 10:00 pm and I have no difficulty falling asleep but wake every half hour until about 3:00 am.&amp;nbsp; I have to leave for work by 8:00 so I try to get up by at least 7:00.&amp;nbsp; SInce we came back from vacation this weekend I am having a really hard time getting up on time to leave for work.&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;If I could sleep better between 10:00 pm and 3:00 am, I probably could get up around 6:00 and have had enough sleep.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

I have NEVER slept&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;for more than 3 hrs straight and am ususally up every 2 hrs.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Have tried so many things including sleeping pills but nothing works.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I am used to being tired --it's just normal for me.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I envy people who can get a good nights rest.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

I worked every shift that exists, and just last weekend, I had zero sleep for close to 40+ hours. Catch up?&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="5" color="#000000"&gt;Now in a road race a runner can "catch up", the longer the race, the more time to "catch up"! Sleep? To me there is no such thing, and I have learned that over decades of sleepless days/nights and afternoons.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="5" color="#000000"&gt;For me, any time I took what some consider, a nap, I felt more tired than had I kept on going. If I sleep more than 5-6 hours a day /night whatever, regardless of hours straight I have been awake? My body reacts poorly in comparison to less sleep.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="5" color="#000000"&gt;The saying is: "as we get older, we need more sleep"!&amp;nbsp; Well, the&amp;nbsp;&lt;U&gt;we&lt;/U&gt; does not include me. I've gotten "enough" sleep this past week, but it's almost 100 degrees here.&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;Heat exhausts me, so when it's very hot outside, I'm tired even when I'm not tired.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="4" color="#0000FF"&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Does that make sense to anyone else here?&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="5"&gt;&lt;a href="https://community.qvc.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/10080"&gt;@qualitygal&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="5"&gt;There is no set answer to your question. &amp;nbsp;You must find what works for you thru trial and error. &amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="5"&gt;I personally let my body decide. &amp;nbsp;Most nights I go to bed at midnight and get up around 9:30. &amp;nbsp;This is pretty much routine for me now; I fall asleep quickly, but wake up when my husband gets up around 3 a.m., go back to sleep once he returns to bed, wake up again when he gets up for the day around 7, and then get that last bit of sleep in before my eyes open and stay open, which is my sign to get up. &amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="5"&gt;I was sleep deprived when I transferred off night shift to a day shift job. &amp;nbsp;It took a full month for my body to adjust to a new work schedule. &amp;nbsp;The first 2 weeks I went to bed when my body said it was tired, even if that was at 6 or 7 p.m. &amp;nbsp;Once I considered myself rested, I was able to set a bedtime by 10 p.m., and would wake up just before the alarm went off at 6. &amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="3"&gt;Sometimes we cannot sleep deeply because we have not expended enough energy during the day.&amp;nbsp; On days we do more physical activity we sleep much better.&amp;nbsp; Cooler and darker bedrooms are the best for sleeping.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="3"&gt;As a student I would often stay up in the wee hours of the night and then get up quite early.&amp;nbsp; I no longer have the same stamina, but I can still do an all-nighter now and then if I find a really great novel or I am binging a T.V. show.&amp;nbsp; Then I DO have to "catch up" with my sleep.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="3"&gt;If overall you feel tired, you may need to change your overall living habits. You should examine your daily routine including diet, exercise, stresses and activites, sleep and wake times, etc. and evaluate any issues of concern.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="3"&gt;Sleep?&amp;nbsp; What's that LOL.&amp;nbsp; Seriously, years ago, I had no problems sleeping when I was younger.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="3"&gt;Now DH and I go to bed around midnight; I turn on the TV for some comedy, put on my sound machine and this is after taking 2 melatonin pills.&amp;nbsp; Normally, I can fall asleep somewhere around between 2:30 and 3 am.&amp;nbsp; If I have to get up to relieve myself, I find it difficult to get back to a good sleep.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="3"&gt;Now, if we're sitting on our recliner sofa watching something on the DVR, and especially after eating/snacking, I'm out like a light.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="3"&gt;So I'll join all of you around that 3 am time to converse.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="4"&gt;I really don't sleep as well as I did when I worked and that's ok.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="4"&gt;I go to sleep somewhere between 9-10 and wake up 4-5 but some days 3-4.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="4"&gt;It's frustrating because DH can go to sleep when I do, get up a couple times a night and then fall back to sleep.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="4"&gt;We try to rest after lunch which I can't do that either. 🥱🥱&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="3"&gt;I haven't slept well in decades. The older I get the worse the insomnia is.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="3"&gt;I take a melatonin about 9o'clcok.&amp;nbsp; I&amp;nbsp; might sleep for an hour to an hour and 1/2 and then I'm awake for 3 hours. Doze again, awake again. I never get a 3 or 4 straight hours of solid sleep.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="3"&gt;The funny thing is during the day, in a recliner, I can go out for 2 hours and don't hear a thing. A marching band could come through and I wouldn't know it. I try not to nap during the day though. &lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="3"&gt;At night, can't go to sleep in the same darn recliner.&amp;nbsp; Go figure.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="3"&gt;I am constantly tired.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I would love to have a straight night sleep but never get it due to husband's&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;wake up time, any noise occuring, etc. I am a very light sleeper.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I hate going to sleep at night.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Seven to eight straight hours would be a dream.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
