I ordered 3 pairs of shoes ,from on line their web site, have e mailed them 6 times, tried calling never a message ,except for standard reply, my order was never received ,even though it says it was.

@goldensrbest Check your CC company and see if you were charged. If so, I'd file a dispute. There is a time limit.

@goldensrbest In addition to what Kachina fonted, file a complaint w/the BBB, bad mouth them on their FB site, their website, Twitter etc.

Do not ever give Clarks your hard earned $$$$ again.

A complaint on social media always seems to work to get their attention.

@goldensrbest so sorry about the way it came across. I meant that there are so many Posts about QVC and shipping so it was good to see one where another Company is mentioned. I meant it's not just QVC alone that has these problems

@goldensrbest Are you positive this was a bona fide Clark's website? There are many scam sites where they add a word or just a symbol to the name. It's unusual for a large company to behave so unprofessionally.

@Kachina624 I thought about that also but I hope not. The price usually alert people that something is up.

Yes. I see "odd" ads for Clark's in my fb feed on occasion -- not the official Clark's site, and styles I've never seen anywhere before. I've also heard of this with other well known brands.

IT was the legit clarks site, when you e mail you get a reply they send out, but it does not go further,try calling them,they have you waitng for a very long time, so contacted pay pall today. Oh and fedx was the delivery, but it did not get here,try contacting fedx!!!!

@goldensrbest If you received a "tracking #," you do not need to call FedEx. Go to their website & file a "lost package" claim. They will inform you "quickly" if they ever received the package or not. Or let you know if the tracking # is legit. You must do so ASAP.

FedEx>Support>File A Claim

File a Claim by phone - 1-800-463-3339 (not sure if this was the same # you have.)
