The description of the Calista Hair product is scary. Using a glove because it must be very hot is dangerous so near your face and head. Also it is only used on dry hair which

serves no purpose because I would have to dry my hair first and it now becomes a two-step process. I pass on this TSV.

I would never buy a hair device that required the use of a glove! How dangerous! Can you set it down? Fire hazard? No thanks! Easy pass fo rme.

My understanding is that it doesn't blow air. It's just a heated styling brush. That's why it's called faux blow. Sort of ridiculous if you ask me. Giving it a confusing name

I bought the Perfector and didn't care for it at all. Am not even remotely interested in this one!

I have the OLD perfector... not really in love with it.... gets hot... and can burn your hair. This new one looks really hot and damaging... NO THANKS.

Not sure if I have this one or similar product. I do not use the glove. As long as you are careful it will not burn you. I use it for second day hair. It "fluffs" up my hair after sleeping on it. I like it and use it often.

After all her demos...... have never seen any improvements. They 'curl' and then the hair flops back like before using the tool. The vendor keeps re-packaging the same old designs.

If someone is selling something to me in the way of hair care, I look at their hair. I also look at their clients hair. From what I have seen of this vendor's products, haircuts and my mistakes ordering some of the products and finding them in a word awful, it's an easy pass.🙁

Kirsten's hair looks fabulous!

(AND I wish I could find out what eyeshadow she is wearing!)

And Maria's hair looks the best I have seen her in ages....BUT...IMHO, they are both CLEARLY wearing a LOT of hairspray.

When they move their heads....their hair all moves in one piece.

If I have to use THAT much spray to get the volume they are both wearing, then I don't think the TOOL delivers the promise.

Anyone can get a lot of lift and volume with a can of hair spray....no tool needed.

The vendor's hair looks bad to me. Shapeless. Models finished styles do not impress me either. You might laugh to know that I get compliments on my haircut and style all the time. I go to Supercuts. I pay $22 and don't need fancy expensive tools.

I bought a Conair Infiniti Pro The Knot Dryer Brush, on Amazon last year, and I love it! My hair is fairly thick, chin length and layered. I let it air dry for 15-20 minutes then use this on it. Dries it quickly, turns under the ends and sweeps back the sides with very little effort.At $47, it's cheaper, too.

It sounds like a Perfector with a different name. I have bought them as gifts but neither of my nieces liked them. You have to careful with all hot hair appliances.

@dmeasy She states that there is only one temperature too, what would that be? I will pass also. I bought some hot rollers from her years ago and they burnt my scalp and head, no thanks if I were to need a glove.

Those kind of brushes get stuck in my hair so definitely a no for me, plus I'm not sure what it's supposed to do, I have my one step voluminizer round blow out dryer brush with different barrel sizes that is the best hair tool I've ever purchased.
This just looks like a sizzling hot dumpster fire waiting to happen,
