That is me, that is me, that is so me. Any time I don't get dressed up and wear make-up, I run into somebody who hardly recognizes me and probably wish they had not. Yesterday, I ran to the curb market for a couple tomatoes for hamburgers. There was an elected official's wife who I wish I had not run into in the state of my attire and unmade face. Ah. Any time that happens to me, I promise I won't do it again but eventually I get in a hurry, while cooking, think of something I need, don't take the time to dress properly or put on make-up and Bingo! There is a friend who I wish had not seen me.

LOL ..... You can't go wrong with what I now call The Covid Disguise. I just wear a mask and my favorite sunglasses. If someone were to call my name, for some strange reason, I wouldn't hear them, but that has never happened. Unless you know someone very well, it can be hard to identify someone wearing a mask and glasses.

I have a few go-to outfits for a quick run out, but sometimes it has nothing to do with appearance .... I just want to do my chores, enjoy the day, and I don't want to talk to anyone.

@Nonametoday What is a curb market? I have never heard that term before.

Yes, I have had and do have these days. Now, with wearing masks and my glasses and my hair pulled back in a clip, I hope I am not recognized!
