Free Shipping??

When is the next free s&h day?? i want to purchase 3 things and my s&h now will be 15.00 which is crazy.. if i know it will be tomorrow or even tuesday or wed. i will wait.......

May I suggest you watch the prices of those items closely. QVC raises prices on SOME things right before free shipping. It's not free shipping for everything.

its actually 3 items on clearance.. they're real cheap.. but s&h is 5.95 for 3.... if i could wait a few days.. it will be worth it....

@bonnie f It has been a while since the last free shipping. .I also have 3 items on clearance in my wish list and am waiting for free shipping. Only a good deal if I get free shipping. I do agree with @Foxxee that some items go up in price when there is free shipping, so buyer beware.

i'm going to give it a few days and see... i know once i hit that check out button, the next day will be a free shipping day lol.. if they're sold out which i doubt.. it wasnt meant to be

It's usually on Sundays. Never seen it in the middle of the week.

QVC has been particularly stingy in that area as of late. You would have thought Memorial Day weekend would have been a good opportunity.....but no.

They never have free shipping or free returns....smoke and mirrors. Am thinking a big part of their revenue is from shipping and return charges. Especially since what they deduct from your refund for returns is more than what they charge to send it. This is by far the area where Q continues to be non-competitive.

@Trailrun23, can you explain about never having free shipping? I buy most items with free shipping. And items in my wishlist on free shipping day go down or stay the same price, with the rare exception of a Lunchtime Special.

Someone posted in one of the Facebook groups about an hour ago that there will be free shipping on Sunday, June 12th.

Q usually offers free shipping on a weekend day toward the end of a month.

With the ridiculously long delays in shipping and the crazy high cost to return an item, free shipping days have totally lost their appeal to me.

Agree that QVC is making money from the s/h. I would think those costs are already factored into the price of the item. Pure profit for them, IMO.

Have you tried to mail or ship something yourself these days?

UPS, Fed EX and USPS have raised their prices drastically over the past 2 yrs while QVC has remained constant with $3.50 or $5.50 (not counting the riduculous shipping on purses)

The return label is almost 99% lower than my cost. Recently paid to return a bra to SOMA and it cost me $7.95.

Yes, QVC gets discounts but I doubt they are raking it in.

I know how our shipping costs have gone up....and up and work!

well i did cave in and get what i wanted.. and paid the s&h... i just came into look and they started with at least 7 colors... now they were down to 3... if i wait it will be sold out.. i got it on easy pays.. so the s&h does suck, but at least its on easy pay........ and its now sold out.. im glad i did get it.. they wont bring it back..

@Trailrun23 I disagree with you. On one FS day, I bought a pair of jeans that had been $74 for $61, couple days later they went back up to $74 and have stayed at that price since (end of March). It was a deal to me.
