😷 FREE COVID Test Kit....Part III 😷

U.S. Government Offering Twice As Many COVID Test Kits Via Mail

The U.S. government has doubled the number of COVID-19 test kits people can order for their household.

The government previously limited households to one order of four at-home rapid test kits, however, households can now order eight kits. The kits come in two packages and will be shipped free, according to the U.S. Postal Service.

People who have ordered previous test kits from the program are eligible for another round as well.

I have tested prior to going to a family graduation get together as a precaution since I know you can be asymptomatic and I don't want to expose others. I was just feeling bad..... I used the ones I had bought from Costco and will order these too. I tested negative, but discovered that I felt really bad since my iron level was low and I got an iron infusion for that after evaluation by my hematologist.

Yes I may be overly cautious, but I don't want to be exposed and I feel responsible for my own actions around others.

Just me. Glad to get these.

What I am waiting for is for the antiviral oral medication made by Pfizer to be readily available to all of us who need it as it was available to the rich famous to take when they tested + for covid- no delay in their treatment, You can take all the tests that you heart desire but no oral antiviral medication is available quickly within a 48 hr window for millions of us citizens

All the Walmart Pharmacies in my area started carrying both the Paxlovid and Molnupiravir ativirals at the beginning of May. With rollout across all the Walmart Pharmacies nationwide fairly quickly.

Can you buy them ahead of time to have on hand, like Plan B? Or do you have to already be positive and take the time to get a doctor's appointment first?

Make sure your father check the expiration dates. The first 2 I received had very short expiration dates. First pack expires in June - 2022. My 2nd pack expires July - 2022.

I test myself once a month just for the hell of it so the kit(s) won't go to waste.

It will be interesting to see if this 3rd batch has short expiraiton dates.

how many days did this take ? The take home test results take a few days to get back , then call your MD then get medication. If one is in high risk categorgy than you don't have days to wait to get the medication becuse you can develop respiratory or cardiac issues very quickly .
