Another poster suggested Word Master.

I play that....easy to google

With Word Master, you can play as much as you want every day.

Wordle is only one game per day.

I did for a while but I heard about worLdl (geography) and I've been playing that one lately.

I tried one day about a month or so ago. I stopped when I got so frustrated I wanted to throw my PC to the floor. I am great at puzzle/word games but that one just made me feel stupid.

I do....just started it recently. I like it....one a day is enough for me....challenging but fun. I also play Words with Friends. I am going to check out Word Master.

I love wordl. The NYT version can only be played once per day. I have an app on my phone that lets me play multiple times per day.

My kids (12 & 13) play all the time as well

We play every morning. DH the teen girl next door (she's on the school bus) and I play... we have a fun time...it's good for her and us to start the day like that...on weekends we still play...sometimes her mom plays too but not that often...DW

I LOVE Wordle. I'll give you a little hint that I got from some other junkie. I always start with the word ARISE. It has three vowels and S and R which are in a lot of words. I go from there.

I play every day. I am an addict. I even tried one in French. I got that one in four tries. It made my day!

@qualitygal - it's actually Wordle, not Wordl, and I do play it as well as quordle.

to play Wordle, just go to google once a day and type in Wordle. First result will be a link for the New York Times site. Click on that and you're there! It's one game a day.

@qualitygal @I play every day for free. It is called WORDLE. It is now owned by The New York Times, so I don't know if you need an app or there is any charge. I just made a link to the original game on my desktop and there is still no charge. I also play they same game from another company called hello wordl.

The game. You choose five letters across up to five times to to guess the WORDL. After you use a letter, if you guess the right letter in the right position with in a word the letter below will turn green and will also show up on the square within the correct answer word. If you guess the right letter in the wrong position in the answer word, the letter will he highlighted in yellow in the letter box below and on the box in the word box above.

if you choose a letter that is not part of the correct answer word it will show up as dark gray...you can rule these out. Letter you have not guessed will stay light gray in the list of letters at the bottom. Through the process of elimination, you will be able to guess the correct letters in the winning word as well as what position in the winning the word the letters will be in. If you do this correctly, the answer word will show up in five boxes the way across the last line you used with the winning word in it. IT TAKES ABOUT FIVE MINUTES TO PLAY.

I don't. It sounds similar to the Mastermind board game that was poplar thirty or forty years ago.

I don't play, but it reminds me of a TV game show "Lingo" that I used to enjoy watching. I think Lingo gave contestants the first letter, but other than that they are very similar.

I play every day along with my husband and son. We start with the same words every day: RAISE and CLOUT. Go from there. The more you play, you get used to figuring the words out.
