      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="3"&gt;They put orange cones (you can see them in the pic) under it and someone did some cutting of limbs at the base have been cut.&amp;nbsp; Then nada.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="3"&gt;There have been power company trucks up and down that road since the storm.&amp;nbsp; The county next door to where this tree is had 20,000 folks, I think, without power.&amp;nbsp; The 2 local power companies have brought in other outfits. Several substations were damaged&amp;nbsp; and to be repaired too.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="3"&gt;I'm waiting for strong winds to take that thing down. That tree was against the wires before the snow it just pushed it over more. Every road in this area had branches, limbs and trees against them from prior storms.&amp;nbsp; You add several inches of wet snow and major power outages like Tuesday are a given.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
